your media product?

2. Every film has an audience profile. This is a
description of the characteristics of the people
who make up a target audience. Some typical
characteristics useful in describing segments
include media habits (magazines, TV, newspaper,
radio, and Internet, etc. We came up with our
audience profile by a combination of our own
knowledge thinking who we thought was going to
like our film, and we used some of our audience
feedback. We asked who they thought would like
it, and they responded the same way we did
when we asked ourselves the same question. So
here was our target audience…

4. Overall our audience feedback did help us find
who would be our target audience. However if I
were able to do it again I would have asked
more relevant questions. For example maybe
we would have had a mixed group so we had
females and males answering our questions. This
would have given us a chance to see how we
could aim our product to females as well, giving
us a larger audience. My opening sequence
contains what our target audience went to see.
Suspense, death, murder and mystery. Therefore
I believe we aimed our opening sequence at
our target audience we had well.
