ISPRL Padur Site, Karnataka [Govt. of India] Process & Utility of
Strategic Storageof Crude Oil inside the Cavern.
Exp. 2 Years Instrumentation Engineering construction of plant
which is suitable for projectfor storageof crude oil inside the
cavern for Oil & Gas Industries.

Responsibility
 Responsibilities in supervision & engineering of following
activities as part of project scope.
 Leading a team consists of instrumenttechnicians, fitters, &
electricians, for installation & commissioning of process
control instrumentation fields.

2.  Reviewing of instrumentation P&ID drawings such as
instrumentation location & installation hook ups , junction
boxes, loop schemes, and cables schedules.
 Inspections, erection field calibration checking, loop
checking.
 Instrumentspecifications & datasheets, experience in basics
of process & instrumentation diagrams, controlloops, wiring
diagrams.
 Having experience in SCADA, DCS, PLC Systems, SMARTfield
transmitter, field instruments, such as flow meters, level
transmitters, motorized valves, temperature transmitters,
solenoid valves, PLCs, fireand gas systems.
 Strong knowledgein instrumentmaterials.
 Cable tray installation under access floor.
 Commissioning & Testing Knowledgein fire & gas panel
smokedetector.
 Laying of internal earthing power, signal & field cable as per
schedule.
 Testing and termination of all cables.
 Installation of cable tray supports & tray routing as per given
and typical drawing.
 Junction box installation as per given and typical drawing.
 In-depth knowledgeof datasheets, instrumentdrawings, I/O
wirings, P&ID.
 Installation of field instruments as per P&I drawings.
 Calibration of ABB, Yokogawa , Rosemount , Transmitters
tata Honeywell.
 Reviewing the project specifications documents, drawings,
data sheets, & vendor manual and identify certificable
points related to instrumentation system.
 Reviewing the instrument scopeof work , drawing &
executing the instrument construction activities line with
projectspecifications and standards.
 Regular co-ordination with the subcontractor in executing
the project.
 Keep interfacing with the lead engineer.
 Attending the weekly progress meeting.

3.  Total site activities such as erection of cable trays, cable
laying instrumentcalibration installation, loop checking etc.
as per the standards.
 Instrumentloop check, functional check and modify
instrumentloop diagram.
 Installation of DCS, ESD Panel and assisting in internal
wiring.
 Preparation of daily work as per the planning schedule.
 Guiding the sub-contractors in day to day activities.
 Leading instrumentation installation team.
 Preparation development of details termination schedule
for technicians.
 Submitting Daily reports to lead engineer [ Senior].
 Review all site drawings and rectify faults before installation.
