 Perform Quarterly / Half yearly /annually Preventive Maintenance without deviation with
safety and quality.
 Responsible to make the CFR, NCR reports of failure components under warranty.
 Responsible to make the reservation in SAP against order and complete all work in SAP without
any deviation.
 Attend Major breakdown such as blade /generator/gearbox/bearing erection and de-erection
at height of 80 mtr.
 Attend Breakdown and predictive work of all the WTGs.
 Resolving technical issues through root cause analysis and provision of technical support / data.
 Foreseeing performance bottlenecks and taking corrective measures to avoid the same.
 Having responsibility to alignment between gearbox and generator all type of WTG models
through dial gauge and laser alignment kit.
 Providing Remote Technical Support at site and Monitoring of wind parks of East Kutch region
using SC Commander
 Preparation of downtime & availability reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis along with error
analysis using fault tables.
 Imparting training to the trainee engineers on best practices in maintenance of WTG’s
 Mechanical installation & commissioning; operation & maintenance, troubleshooting, Stabilization
& Reliability test of WTG.
 Expertise knowledge in handling major breakdown problems related with Heavy Duty Gearbox,
Generator, Rotor shaft Bearings i.e. replacement work of HSS/IMS, DE/NDE bearings.
 Handling internal audit like PDCA and customer audits.
