Magnesium, Boron, Wooden Drums, Steel drums, Furnace Oil, Grease, CraftPaper etc.) and conducting
rejection analysisat vendors’ end and carrying out vendor quality auditfor improvement of quality on
their site.
 Inspection handling & performing all Type of Type Test, Acceptance Test and Routine test as per IS such as
IS-7098(Part-1),IS-1554(Part-1),IS-14255(Part-1),IS-694.
 Proper Maintenance of IGI – Quality Documents like Inspection Reports, Test Certificates, and Third Party
Testing Certificates etc.
 Ensuring RawMaterial Specification according to customer requirement & relevant standard.
 Preparing of All quality related Documents like PlantApproval Documents, IMS Audit Documents, Raw
Material Specifications, MIS reports, GTP, MQP etc.
 Ensuring all the testing facility like Optical Spectrometer analysis for chemical composition of aluminum
hot metal & Ingots samples, Tensile Testing machine for UTS & Elongation of Aluminum wire rod/wires,
Micro ohm-meter for Conductivity of Aluminum wire Rod/Wires and Uniformity of Zinctest, Mass of zinc
Test for HTGS wires etc.
 Ensuring Calibration of all lab Equipmentasper schedule.
 Knowledge in SAP for all Quality Module Related Issues.
 Observe and monitor production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications and
make or order necessary process or assembly adjustments
 Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
 Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers
 Coordinating ISO Audits/NABL Audits/Globally Quality system audit and maintaining requisite documents
in compliance with the same
