 Handling maintenance activities in SPONGE IRON PLANT of ESSAR having capacity of
5.2 MTPA. Worked as Shift In charge with team of 6 engineers. Carried out routine
inspection and maintenance activities. PMI activities as per scheduled maintenance plan.
Maintenance in charge for utilities which included Thickener, centrifugal & reciprocating
pumps, agitators, Water treatment plant, Fire water pump house, sewage treatment plants
etc. Contractor administration for effective output, preparing FMEA projects for most critical
equipment’s in Plant.
 Training to all colleagues in department for SAP PM MODULE.
 I was also involved in Master Data Creation in SAP & have been working with successful
