RESPONSIBILITIES:
 per the drawings preparing bill of quantity required for the fabrication and verified
the available raw material and distributing the material depending upon the priority list
of the client.
 Participating in weekly project review meeting and preparing weekly forecast
 Confirmation of the received raw material as per the purchase order of the client.
 Participate in project As review meetings with internal and external customers for
evaluating project progress & debottlenecking.
 Determine technical specifications & prepare plans as per the specification and Guidelines.
 Providing feedback to customers/marketing executives about the progress of their jobs at various
stages of production.
 Preparing RA BILLS for Billing.
 Submission of the daily progress report (DPR) to the concern authority.

 Ensuring that fabrication is carried out in accordance with the appropriate requirements
including cutting, tack welding, fit-up inspection and acceptance for welding and that general

on repair and mechanical integrity activities.
 Fit up checking, material verification & dimensional analysis.
 Alignment & level checking in the stage of Fit up.
 Preparing & Maintaining Project Records with day to day Arrivals, Production and analysis
reports.
 Coordination with the clients and team members.
 Overall monitoring implementation and outputs of quality control on the project.
 Experience in Co-ordination of site inspection activities.
 Experience in material receiving inspection and review of material test certificates and
related documents.
 Participate in project review meetings with internal and external customers for evaluating
project progress & debottlenecking
