The group conducted a pilot questionnaire to help inform their media project but found it ineffective. They created a new questionnaire and received many responses. Most respondents recommended: having the title at the top of the poster in block capitals to convey power/achievement; including audio from interviews in the radio ad to engage listeners; using rhythmic/familiar music in both the ad and documentary for structure and recognition. Based on the feedback, the group will incorporate these suggestions into their poster, radio ad and documentary.
2. We chose to do a piolt questionaire as we thought we would trial the questions which we
chose and looked into them if they would actully help us create a better media product. As a
group we met and disscused this and we all agreed that our piolt questioaire wasnt effective as
we hoped it would have been. So we met gain and created a new questionaire which made the
questio aire as effective as possible.
5. Question Two
Here we can say that
they have chosen
this option as the
title at the top can
connte that you have
reahed the top, this
links to the final goal
whoich is linked to
our production.
6. Question Three
Again the decicion of
having the title in block
capitals, connotes the
power and authority, of
what you can achive, we
could day that this is what
the audinec want to
achive.
8. Question One
This decision was made
as they want to feel as if
they were beeing spoken
to. This makes them feel
wanted and important.
9. Question Two
We can say that the audeince have
chosen to have rhythmic music, we
can say that they chose this becuase
the rythmic music follows a structure
and this is what they want to do, they
want to understand the structure of
making it to the top.
10. Question Three
The audience may have chose
to have the same music as
the documentory as they
dont like change and they
want to be able to recognise
the music.
13. Question Two
The lighting that has been chosen
by the audience will be bright, this
connotes the `light at the end of
the tunnel`, the high key studio
lighting will also connote the
power and skills that the
interviewee has, and that that the
audince are striving to what they
are. This is also conventional for a
documentory, according to a
postmodern reading.
15. Question Four
We are going to have to dissagree with
this, as it is not conventional for an
interviewee to be seated in the middle of
the shot as this is to plain and broing, and
the audinence may lose the intrest of the
documentry.
16. Question Five
This is again conventional for
a documentory to have, this
helps keep the audience
engaged as it breaks the
interviews up from each
other.
21. Conclusion
We are extremly happy with the ammount of respones that we had as it has helped us get
such a wide variety of diffrent anwsers. From the results we are going to include evrything
that has been advised by people as we agree that these choices will appeal well to our
audience. we as a group have sat down and spoken about the comments that peole have left
behind and we are going to take on board what has been said, so the coment about finding
footage of the players when they are youn, we are goign to find old photos as any footage
that is in in our documentory has to be filmed by us.
23. Decisions made
From the question here is what we are going to include in our production:
