Articulo 1. El personal administrativo de El Hotel Porto
Bello, está integrado por todas aquellas personas
físicas que prestan sus servicios de forma personal y
subordinada al Hotel en los siguientes grupos de
puestos:
Grupo A - Servicios Generales:
- Vigilante
- Aseadora
- Auxiliar de Habitación
Grupo B - Secretarial:
-Recepcionista
The hotel selects and hires freely toits general personnel, trying the bestdevelopment and hotel servi
ce.
Article 3. The hotel will have to fulfill thefollowing duties:
A. To evaluate every employee beforebeginning to be part of the hotel, toknow its skills and to use it i
n thecorresponding department inaccordance with its knowledge, then tocontinue with continuous trai
nings andto motivate them across remunerationsand awards for the achievementsreached in its perfo
rmance of achievingthe collective target “The satisfaction ofthe client”.
B. To put at the disposal of thepersonnel, except regulations inopposite, the suitable instruments andt
he raw material necessary for theachievement of the works.
C. To give immediately the first help incase of accidents or illness. For thiseffect, the establishment
will maintainthe necessary thing as rules of thesanitary authorities.
D. To keep absolute respect to thepersonal dignity of the worker and itsbeliefs and feelings.
E. To fulfill this regulation and tomaintain the order, the morality andrespect.
F. To promote actively the continuouscommunication between personnel andchiefs.
4. The internal work manual assures thehuman well-
being and the social justiceof the employee, as a result theemployee is protected
and protected bythis manual.
Article 5. In no case the rights of theworkpeople will be lower than that itgrants the
norms of the hotel, in what hedrives:
A. To redeem the specific functions orthat are inherent in the vacancy thatthey fill
and to be consulted for theperformance of other functions oractivities that are qual
ified to realize andthe Hotel needs.
B. To enjoy the rest and the holidaysthat are granted him.
C. To be present at the training coursesthat the Hotel promotes when it isdesignat
ed for it, inside its normal worksschedule.
D. To receive from its Superiors therespect and consideration owed in itswork rela
tions.
E. Let be provided to him the materials,hardware,
useful and teams necessaryfor the performance of its work.
F. To receive a Christmas bonus.
G. To be present at the meetings of thepersonnel whenev
er they have beenrequested previously.
Article 6. There are obligations of thepersonnel:
A. To redeem the service under theguidance of the repres
entative of theHotel who is subordinated in everythingwhat
relating to the employed work,developing the functions th
at for its jobsthe present regulation indicates.
B. To execute the work with theintensity and appropriate,
elegant care,form, time, place fixed, as well as not todistur
b the work of the others.
C. To communicate to therepresentative of the Hotel insid
e itsascription area the shortcomings thatowing to its work
or as regards this onehe should warn, in order to avoidda
mmages to the interests and lives ofits coworkers, or of th
e Hotel.
D. To be present punctually at its works,excepting the well
-taken cases.
E. To give I warn the immediate chief,safe fortuitous case
or of force majeure,of the well-
taken causes that preventhim from coming to its work.
F. Restituir al hotel los materiales no usados y conservar un buen estado el equipo
instrumentos y útiles que se le hayan dado para el trabajo, no siendo responsables por
el deterioro que origine el uso de estos objetos, ni el ocasionado por caso fortuito
fuerza mayor o mala calidad defectuosa construcción.
G. Guardar escrupulosamente los secretos técnicos y de realización de los productos a
cuya elaboración concurran directa o indirectamente, o de los cuales tengan
conocimientos por razón del trabajo que desempeñan así como los asuntos
administrativos reservados cuya divulgación puede causar perjuicios al hotel.
H. Cuando por cualquier causa se termine su relación de trabajo, entregar previamente
a su superior jerárquico, los expedientes, documentos, fondos, valores o de cuya
atención, administración o custodia estén a su cuidado de conformidad con lo que
disponga las leyes jurídicas aplicables.
I. Comunicar inmediatamente a su superior cuando sufran accidentes de trabajo o de
los que sufran sus compañeros.
J. Estar dispuesto para laboral el siguiente turno en caso de que el empleado a seguir
no asista al punto de trabajo, por alguna razón.
7. For the effects of the presentregulation, the daily time is understoodby work da
y that the employee is at thedisposal of the hotel to give its service.
Article 8. The work day inside the hotelis day or night.
Article 9. The day day (continuousschedule) is comprised between 6:00am and th
em 6:00 pm.
Artculo 10. The night day (continuousschedule) is comprised between 6:00pm an
d them 6:00 am.
Article 11. The workpeople will give itsservices from Monday until Sunday incontin
uous schedule, when thecharacteristics of the service like thatdetermine it, the ho
tel and theemployee will agree in transitory ordefinitive form, any other schedule t
hatthey cover the needs for the service.
Article 12. The personnel will registeralso its hour of exit and this one will notbe a
ble to be before the hour that itconcludes its day.
13. To all equal work redeemedin position, day and conditions ofefficiency also be equal, an
equal salarywill correspond, which will be not able tobe reduced or modified for reasons ofag
e or sex.
Article 14. The salary will be paid everytwo weeks,
being fixed like deadline onthe 15th and 30th of every month.
Article 15. If the date coincides withweekend or holiday, it will be paidequally.
Article 16. There will be able only to bedone retentions, discounts ordeductions of the salary
of theworkpeople in the following cases:
Article 17. When the employeecontracts debts to the Hotel for anyconcept.
Article 18. To cover the quantities thatfor error have been paid in excess.
Article 19. For concept of the tax on theproduct of the work.
Article 20. To cover any contributionthat the employee, voluntarily and inwriting gains access
to realize in favor ofthird.
