G. Termination of Employee
Site Administrator will forward necessary documents to Admin/ personal Department.
1.1: Staff: Site Administrator will forward necessary documents (Final Handing over, Time card, Labor
card, and Insurance card & Attendance card to Admin Dept. upon completion of notice period.

H. Personal Requirements of Employee
3. Notification of personal requirements if employees will be e-mailed by Site Administrator to Admin Dept,
and distribute the document to the employee when received from personal department.
I. Evaluation report of Employee
1: The newly joined employees will be evaluated by their superiors and recommended by Project
Manager and the same will be sent to Admin Dept, through Site Administrator.
2: Site Administrator will arrange the yearly evaluation of employees with their superior and Project
Manager and same will be sent to Admin Dept.
J. Time keeping Staff Employee & Employees Relations
1: Site Administrator will ensue that no misuse or malpractice occurs concerning the time logging for
staff and workers which will be physically done by Time-keeper.
2: Site Administrator will ensure through time keeps that over time work of the workers will be as per the
guidelines of over time.
3: Site Administrator will send the time cards to Personal Dept. maximum by 1st of succeeding month
with making sure that the time keeper has completed the following.
3.1: Obtained signatures of Employee, Supervisor and Project Manager.
3.2: Over time in excess of 2 hour had prior approval of Project Manager.
3.3: Sick leave attached.
4: Site Administrator will keep the histogram of Manpower & required report will be provided to
concerned persons.
5: Site Administrator will in close co-ordination with camp boss either directly or through time keepers
6: Site Administrator will inform the Admin Dept regarding the un procedural activates of the
employees.
7: Site Administrator will convey the decisions of the Project Manager and Admin Department to
employees and try to avoid any adverse effect and ensure smooth site functioning .
K. Transmittal Incoming & Outgoing
A site Administrator will handle all kinds of Incoming & Outgoing transmittal.
