Editor's Notes
Before we start with the statistics, we would like to tell you the main reason behind Capgemini’s acquisition over Igate, the main topic of this presentation. Although Igate had a lesser number of employees than Capgemini, it had large scale presence in the USA and India. Because Capgemini wanted to boost their presence in two of the world’s best markets, they decided to buy Igate to earn larger profits.
