2. TECHNOLOGY REQUIRED
• From the beginning of the Orientation course
through the end of the final examination
period, students receive support for any
technical issues.
• You will be provided with both a technical
support email and phone number for any such
issues.
3. TECHNOLOGY CONTINUED
• Staff will monitor student activity in the courses and reach
out to students as necessary.
• Students will have opportunities to provide feedback about
technical issues and course administration.
• Staff can verify student access to good internet
connections, functioning web cameras, and microphones.
4. TECH REQUIREMENTS
• Students should have reliable access to a highs-
speed, broadband Internet connection.
• A minimum download speed of 5.00 mbps and
minimum upload speed of 2.00 mbps is
recommended.
5. TECH REQUIREMENTS
• The only software program that students will
need in order to join synchronous sessions is
the Blackboard Collaborate Launcher
• The BB Collaborate Launcher can be
downloaded for free and installed in five
minutes or less.
6. TECH REQUIREMENTS
• Students must have a webcam and microphone.
• Students are encouraged to use a laptop or
desktop computer rather than a tablet or
smartphone.
