2. ABSTRACT
• This platform will guide the students to develop their skills to get placed in IT
companies. This website contains video of programming, aptitude, verbal so
that students can learn their skills by watching the videos. It provides an
Assessment to test the students understanding of the concept. Student can also
contact the mentors for guidelines by clicking contact.
• We used Django, javascript, HTML 5, CSS 3, Bootstrap for a Front end and
we used Python, MySql lite for the backend. Most importantly it is user-
friendly. Students can also contact technical support if they face any technical
issues while doing the assessment. Students should register before entering the
home page and by registering the home page they can use the learning videos
and they can take the test.
3. EXISTING SYSTEM
• At present, receivable to the general learning materials and the suitable access, knowledge
gaining platforms have been widely used by learners to accomplish their studies.
Correspondingly, how to recommend customized and effective learning resources and learning
paths for learners has become an important problem, because more and more learners expect to
be approved with personalized learning content, especially learner's materials.
• This Online Mentor platform will guide the students to develop their skills to get placed in IT
companies. This website contains video of programming, aptitude, verbal so that students can
learn their skills by watching the videos. It provides an Assessment to test the students
understanding of the concept. Student can also contact the mentors for guidelines by clicking
contact. And they can contact technical support for technical issues.
• Learners have the process of register and login to this website to gain knowledge. Students can
learn all courses simultaneously and they can take assessments so that they can learn fast.

• No webcam and no tab control are there on this
website to prevent the malpractice

6. PROPOSED WORK
The most creative and challenging face of system development is System Design.
It provides the understanding and procedural details necessary for the logical and
physical stages of development. In designing a new system, the system analyst
must have a clear understanding of the objectives, which the design is aiming to
fulfil. The first step is to determine how the output is to be produced and in what
format. Second, input data and master files have to be designed to meet the
requirements of the proposed output. The operational phases are handled through
program construction and testing.

15. IMPLEMENTATION
Open the browser go to online Mentor Platform and click course.
In that, we have a course list. Choose any course form that list. It
will navigate to a new page watch course video and attend the test
using the test tab. Students also contact the mentor for any
doubts. If they have any query they can connect technical staffs.
Students can get an immediate result after finishing the test.

• We created an online mentor platform using above mentioned tools and languages.

17. FUTURE ENHANCEMENT
Our future work is based on making it more convenient for students who can
access this process more easily and also get their performance report. In this
study, a machine learning technique is proposed to achieve personalized and
diversified e-learning recommendations. Moreover, this website will become
more responsive so that it can also be viewed in mobile. More course will be
added so that students can learn.
18. CONCLUSION
This online mentor platform will help the students to get placed in IT
companies. It is cost-free website and the user can learn and assist themself
and they can contact their mentor for any suggestion. It helps the students to
grow their knowledge in programming, aptitude, verbal. It is user friendly
and more efficient.
