available now". A scientific one is making forecast by a scientific method, which is defined by Merriam–Webster Collegiate Dictionary as:
"principles and procedures for the systematic pursuit of knowledge involving the recognition and formulation of a problem, the collection of data
through observation and experiment, and the formulation and testing of hypotheses"

The goal of establishing a complete system of modern science may be achieved one day, but requires a large amount of money and people's endeavour.
In addition, there are limitations in existing theories, which are widely accepted nowadays. Because of the development of human society, theories
which we thought were accurate will turn out to be wrong. For instance, Aristotle (B.C.384–B.C.322) claimed that heavier things fall faster than lighter
ones. This claim was thought to be right as it fit the common knowledge of people living in those time periods. And interestingly, people used this law
to forecast free falling things without ever doubting of it until Galileo Galilei (1564–1642) did his famous experiment to prove that actually free falling
things, however heavy they are, share the same pace. Therefore, it is likely that theories which we accepted today will turn out to be wrong in the future.
And to the future generation, the forecasts made based on these theories might not be accurate.
Secondly, inaccuracy also comes from the process of calculation involved in forecasting. There is no doubt that a forecast should be made before the
event happens. Therefore, there is a time limit for the calculation process of a scientific forecast. But most forecasts need a significant amount of
complex calculation, which may not be able to be totally calculated in

Pink Flamingo Analysis
It is known in our generation and those past to have trends, rituals, and ideals which have been passed on over the years. Many still exist nowadays
with simple meaning in our everyday lives yet we are not familiar with their origins. The well–know modernized pink flamingo had its own roots of
popularity around the world that many are not familiar with. Therefore the question is how did the flamingo get its claim to fame. Jennifer Price
provides a great explanation as she recalls and summarizes the past history of the origin of the pink flamingo. Price analyzes the rising popularity of the
flamingo and she portrays her view on U.S. culture as being glamorous and trendy through symbolism, numerous listing, and implementing a motif
corresponding to the color pink.
The flamingo symbolized more than a bird or a plastic toy, it was a social status–a special icon. Price utilizes the flamingo as a deeper meaning, one to
evaluate the culture of America. The flamingo is first introduced as staking claims to boldness and being pink–an eye–catching color. Price states,
"Since the 1930's, vacationing Americans had been flocking to Florida and returning home with flamingo souvenirs." She then mentions, "...the
Flamingo, had made the bird synonymous with wealth and pizzazz." Jennifer Price already mentions that the flamingo is not just any ordinary bird.
When it "splashed into the 50's market" it brought a symbol of wealth and fanciness. It was eye catching, it was a trend, it was an instant favorite. The
flamingo was the new thing, everyone either had or knew someone who had one. Price then reflects on the history of the flamingo by mentioning,
"No wonder that the subtropical species stood out so loudly when Americans in temperate New England reproduced it, brightened it, and sent it
wading across an inland sea of grass." Price states again that the pink flamingo symbolized wealth and pizzazz, a social status, a fad, a lifestyle. She
knew that the uniqueness of the flamingo would attract Americans from all over. Jennifer Price does a great job of associating it to a very glamorous
and trendy American lifestyle. Price's numerous lists show not just how glamorous the flamingo was but the influence it had

The Challenges Of A Health Care Administrator
As a health care administrator there are many challenges that have to be faced. Health care administrators have to deal with a very demanding career
with all things health care on a constant change. The changing of health care with new developments is what causes health care administrators to have
such a tough job. They have to make sure that they stay up to date on the changes happening. The main two challenges that I think will be faced is
communication to employees and staying up to date with trending health care issues.
Communication is a huge challenge for health care administrators. Communication is not just a struggle when dealing with health care issues but it is
also a challenge in every day life. Without communication being at a great point people have to deal with a lot of issues. Communication has to be
dealt with up front because it causes a change in understanding.
I believe that in order for health care administrators to give awesome communication to their employees that they must conduct meetings. I think that
bi–weekly meetings should be held but when you are dealing with health care that's too frequently based on the fast pace of it. As a health care
administrator I would make it my job to hold a monthly meeting so that I can keep an open line of communication between my employers and me. For
this meeting I will give a presentation that will explain all things new or changing within the facility. Before the meeting end it will be known that
anyone can
