I was graduated by the Clermont hotel school Colombo. I also have followed hotel reception,
housekeeping, food & beverage & professional cookery courses at various hotels in Sri Lanka well
in Oversees. I have been in the hospitality industry for the last 20 years in various work places in
Sri Lanka and most of the gulf countries.
Recently I joined the safari hotel tissamaramaya working as a Food & Beverage Manager. With
my most recent employer I have gained much rounded managerial experience in key areas such
as ensuring compliances with all licensing, hygiene, health and safety legislations. I have a knack
of getting the most out of my staff by creating and maintaining a happy environment for all
employees. Having an adequate level of commercial awareness and sales capabilities I believe I
would be able to make my utmost contribution to the improvement of your business.
Beyond that which I mentioned in my attached resume, I would also like you to know that I am a
person who thrives on change and who continuously works towards driving sales and improving
service.
