OBJECTIVE
To seek a challenging position within an international competitive Hospitality
environment in the Food & Beverage Department to invest all my professional
expertise, qualification & valuable experience to contribute to the success and
growth of the organization I work for and to develop my career to an optimum
level in addition to I am seeking for new challenging job.
With 14 years’ experience in the restaurant business, I have developed managing skills that has
saved the operations money while improving service, I have the ability to work well with chefs,
help line cooks be more efficient organize servers to be pleasant and considerate to the cliental.
My experience as a manager involved working with computers in point of, sales, purchasing,
marketing, accounting, hiring and being attentive to the client’s needs.
When working with the chef, I have learned that the quality of the foods selected is most
important in the preparation of quality dishes that fire expected of a fine restaurant. And at the
same time I understand that a good manager should know what prices to charge and what rate of
profit to place on the menu, in order to have an effective bottom line.
As for my experience with computers; I have a vast knowledge dealing with business
computers using software's like Microsoft (word, excel, publisher, etc the point of sale system I
am a custom to using is the "Micros, Res. 3000". I have found this to be a very effect system,
convenient for the server, readable for the chefs, quality print out for the customer and an
excellent tool for accounting, purchasing, and inventor control. But saying that; I am able to
become skilled at any type o£ point of sale system.
As of now I am working in the industry as a trainer of servers, customer relations and
marketing. Additional duties; administer accounting and purchasing. In principle; I have the
resources and skills to perform in all aspects of the restaurant industry.
My Second language I also have experience, in the English language.
