   tive Assistant to manage the administration and bookkeeping of both client projects and the office.
   Responsibilities also include providing executive assistance to the CEO and office management duties.

   This position is ideal for a creative and organized professional who has outstanding administrative
   skills and wants a stable and long-term position with a small firm. Our ideal candidate is a detail-

   oriented self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision. The candidate
   must be a team player with a flexible attitude and the ability to prioritize workload, multiple tasks and
   deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Integrity, professionalism and excellent communication and
   skills are essential.

   This position will start as part time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position. Work hours will
   begin at three days per week. Compensation is $18/hr.

   Requirements:

   	       • Previous administrative experience for a small office or team
   	       • Professional experience with bookkeeping and data entry
   	       • Undergraduate degree or post-secondary education
   	       • Excellent computer skills in a Mac environment
   	       • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, bookkeeping software (Studio Webware a plus)
   	         and internet-based software
   	       • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus
   	       • Experience in the interior design industry a plus
   	       • Professional, elegant and polished personal presence is essential
   	       • Professional, elegant and polished verbal and written communication skills are essential
   	       • Must live local to Toronto and have reliable personal transportation
   	       • Must be highly motivated, mature and driven to excel

   Responsibilities:

   1. Project Administration
   The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Principal/CEO and Junior Designer
   with the project management of our design projects. Duties include:
   	        • Maintaining accurate client files, records and project status
   	        • Interacting with vendors on pricing, orders and sample acquisition
   	        • Accounts payable and receivable
   	        • Order tracking and scheduling

    	       • Pick-up and deliveries, site visits, etc.

   2. Office Administration Interiors
    	       • Bookkeeping and data entry
    	       • Managing filing and computer directory systems
    	       • Maintaining catalogs and sample library

            • Answering phones and interviewing prospective clients
            • Greeting visiting clients and assisting in meeting preparation
    	       • Tracking and ordering office and facilities supplies
    	       • Managing subscriptions and affiliations
    	       • Assisting with facilities management
    	       • Assisting with marketing and PR initiatives, including social media and web site
             maintenance
    	       • General CEO and office assistance
