This position will start as part time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position. Work hours will
begin at three days per week. Compensation is $18/hr.
Requirements:
• Previous administrative experience for a small office or team
• Professional experience with bookkeeping and data entry
• Undergraduate degree or post-secondary education
• Excellent computer skills in a Mac environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, bookkeeping software (Studio Webware a plus)
and internet-based software
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus
• Experience in the interior design industry a plus
• Professional, elegant and polished personal presence is essential
• Professional, elegant and polished verbal and written communication skills are essential
• Must live local to Toronto and have reliable personal transportation
• Must be highly motivated, mature and driven to excel
Responsibilities:
1. Project Administration
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Principal/CEO and Junior Designer
with the project management of our design projects. Duties include:
• Maintaining accurate client files, records and project status
• Interacting with vendors on pricing, orders and sample acquisition
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Order tracking and scheduling
