Part-Time Office Assistant Role

Part-Time Administrative Assistant Position
Inheriting Wisdom and 3 East Loft, a specialty consulting and real estate firm, respectively, are
seeking a part-time administrative assistant to support the Office Manager. The administrative
assistant provides an essential back-up role by helping to implement administrative systems,
procedures, and policies, and managing special marketing projects.
Job Duties
Inheriting Wisdom
• Answers phone calls and takes messages (important as this is the first contact with our
company)
• Assists with the setup and minutes for team meetings
• Manages the supply order and the maintaining of a clean working environment
• Helps develop training manuals based on administrative systems and goals
• Enters and manages leads, accounts and marketing campaigns in Salesforce CRM database
• Assists with special marketing and administrative projects, as needed
3 East Loft
• Responds to tenant requests and helps troubleshoot technology and equipment issues related
to shared office spaces
• Helps manage the sales and marketing processes for shared office spaces
Skills/Qualifications
• At least one year experience working in a professional office
• Professional, motivated, and comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment
• Positive attitude, along with a good sense of customer service
• Able to multi-task and pay strict attention to details
• Goal-oriented, results driven and willing to work in a team dynamic
• Strong verbal and writing skills are a must
• Experience with an enterprise CRM system; Salesforce is preferred
• Familiarity with both Mac and PC platforms is desired
