  11. The short version of the Johari window can help you to define especially your ‘blind spots’ in virtual interaction. It is recommended to use this as a discussion framework for your manager as well as key remote team members. A remote employee could introduce this e.g. by: “you could help me a lot understand what is my remote image and how do I come across in remote interactions. Specifically, you would help me a lot if you could point out some blind spots that others know but that I might not be aware of.”

  15. The result…many people hate virtual presentations…people hat listening to it and people hate giving it because they know themselves…I believe there is a difference…it is possible…but we need to learn a totally different skill set, on top of having great content of course…
