3. SENIORS:
If you are going to the University of Hawaii, Manoa
this fall, please attend an orientation meeting on
Tuesday, May 9 th , at 3:15pm in the Conference
Room.
Sign-up on Naviance and be sure to get permission
from your teacher of the class you’ll be missing. See
Mr. Fong if you have any questions.
4. INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:
If you want to get a quality internship during the
summer, see Mr. Fong about an opportunity at
Zippy’s.
They are looking for juniors & seniors for their
summer internship program that starts June 1 thru
Aug. 1. This is a paid internship. It will include at a
minimum of two positions. You will learn about
leadership, accountability and professionalism. See Mr.
Fong for details.
5. BAND ALOHA CONCERT:
The Sacred Hearts Academy Bands will be performing
their final concert of the year at our 2017 Aloha
Concert next Monday, May 8 th . The concert begins
at 6:00pm at Mamiya Theatre and will feature the
Beginning Band, Intermediate Band, Concert Band, and
the Wind Ensemble.
6. AP EXAMS:
If you see the signs saying, “Exams in progress;
please be quiet”, be sure to be quiet in the hallways
near the Library as well as when entering the Library.
If you do not need to be anywhere in the vicinity,
please stay clear of it.
7. PRINCIPAL’S PINS:
There are several students who did not attend the
Head of School Reception on April 23 rd .
These students need to see Mrs. Neves in the High
School Office to pick-up there Principal’s List pin.
8. GUITAR LESSONS:
Registration for the after-school summer guitar
lessons have begun.

9. NON-SCHOOL JACKETS & SWEATERS:
Students who had their jackets or sweaters
confiscated during the school year can see either Mrs.
Neves or Mrs. Sanders to retrieve it.
10. LOST & FOUND:
As we get closer to the end of the school year,
several lost items are here in the HS Office needing
to be claimed. If you have lost items such as articles
of your school uniform, non-school clothing, shoes,
lunch bags, pencil cases, water bottles or flasks,
school and non-school books, etc., please stop by the
office to see if your item or items are here.
All items left unclaimed by Friday, May 5 th , will
either be donated or discarded.
