Personality Types: Miranda And Adrene
Our group is comprised of three different types of personalities, Miranda and Adrene are ISFJ, Doug
is an ISTP, and I am an ISTJ. Although we are all closely related there are differences that make
working each other not only easier but more effective. First I will start by discussing personality
types of my team member's and then I will relate them to my own type and the challenges we face
working as a team.
First I will start with the ISFJ, the type that the girls of our group are. This type is described as being
quiet and caring people. They are also said to be dependent on helping others. I can see this in both

In most groups this would be a big challenge because introverts tend to keep to themselves and work
alone but this isn't the case for our group, instead our group is very close and we can easily talk to
each other and work together to get the best results possible. Other than that I don't see many other
challenges that our group faces. I find that since our group is made up of so many different types we
complement each other and thus make work easy. The best way to show that our group compliments
each other is that Doug and my thinking type compliments Miranda's and Adrene's feeling type. I
say this because of Doug and I having more of a leadership role in the group our thinking type is

A friend is defined as someone emotionally close or somebody who trusts and is fond of another.
The affect that a person one calls his or her acquaintance can sometimes be very deep and heartfelt.
From my experience, I have encountered three types of friends: the chronic complainer, the staller,
and the know it all. A chronic complainer is a he or she that is fault finding. Chronic complainers
choose to blame someone else or something for his or her actions. Also, they are uncertain about

The staller would not be of any help with moving or any other hard job. The person I know that fits
this description is not a friend but actually a family member. This person comes to do the simplest
job ever, but has to call two or three more people to come help him out. Instead of him helping he
stands there and gives out orders to everyone else. He also dose not get his important business
handled; he likes to sit around and wait until the last minute or until it's too late before he tries to do
anything about a situation. This is not someone who you would want helping you with some very
important job. Last but not least is the know it all. The know it all acts superior and makes others
feel stupid. They also maybe bullheaded and impatient; know it alls really don' need or want any
help. One of my closest friends is a prime example of a know it all. She knows everything that is

3 Different Types of Sport Fans Everybody enjoys going to a sporting event. Whether the sporting
event is Football, Baseball, Basketball, or even Hockey. Sporting events bring excitement to all of
us, thinking that our team will win. If our team wins, we usually go home happy. Then if our team

Different Blood Types
The difference in blood types was discovered in the 1900s. Blood transfusions can only be
completed after matching blood types. Everyone does not carry the same blood type although blood
type O is the most common in the United States (US). The four blood types we know of are type A,
B, O and AB. The ABO blood type is determined genetically. Each blood type can be identified by
the absence or presence of agglutinogens. With that being said, blood type O is a universal blood
donor. Anyone with an O blood type is not a universal receiver. Those with blood type O can only
receive transfusions from like blood types. Antigens on the red blood cells have antibodies that fight
against other blood types from entering the cell. Which is why an individual's blood type is based
upon the antigens he or she has. This would mean persons with neither A nor B antigens on their red
blood cells, has both Anti–A and Anti– B antibodies, which means they have type O blood.
Later, researchers found out that there is another antigen, on red blood cells, Rh factor. When the Rh
factor is not present a person is identified as Rh– and likewise if Rh is present, a person is Rh+.
Thus, a person with Antigen A, and has the Rh factor is then labeled as blood type A+ (A positive).
It is important to match a donor's blood and a recipient's blood before a transfusion to make sure the
blood is compatible. If the recipient's blood does not match the donor's, the recipient's blood will
