o Key Functions & Responsibilities
 To Prepare and track project specific digital budget and media planning
 Continuously increase the quality of leads
 Meet lead generation targets and assist sales team to increase sales velocity
 Lead automation and increase the efficiency of the same.
 Measure ROI & track the effectiveness of campaign through response rate/leads generated
and continuously adapt the budget for media channels accordingly
 Liaise with the agency for site design, development and continuous updates on Corporate
site & respective project microsites
 Adapt the offline communications for all digital channels (portal, micro sites, social
media, emailers, WhatsApp etc.) and their effective usage for promotion of KPDL & its
luxury brand 24K.
 Management and content creation for social media pages (Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn,
Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube)
 End to end handling of digital marketing campaigns for all the projects (including 24K) -
SEO, SEM, SMO, SMM, ORM
 Email marketing & Big data management
 Innovate use of creative on the digital media to enhance brand awareness /perception in
order to generate leads through various techniques (e.g. Kinetic typography)
 Review new technologies to stay at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
o Highlights:
 Reduced 30% of marketing spends by aggressive usage of digital marketing for lead
generation
 Increased sales through digital platform from 3% to over 40% in a year.
 Design and implementation of real estate e-commerce portal, ‘booking.koltepatil.com’, to
encourage online transactions.
 Handled digital campaign across India, for the largest single builder property expo, Nest
Fest 2015 that resulted in over 30,000 walk-ins & 1150 bookings in 3 days.
 Sold 305 apartments online during Nest fest’15
 Was part of design of SAP system for digital marketing
 Design and development of interactive smart phone app for channel partners and
customers (potential and existing) resulted in 64 Cr revenue in the first quarter
 Design and development of Loyalty and Referral program along application to drive
referral program and activate channel partners from different markets
 Development of VAS on the portal for helping the leasing department (Facility
management/Concierge, maintenance, relocation, Interior/exterior designing)
 Contributing to a new vertical (Sustainability) in the organisation

o Key Functions & Responsibilities
 Handled the social media front for this firm and helped them increase their user
engagement.
 Kept in mind certain parameters such as Time management - posting pictures or status
updates at peak hours, encouraging customer feedback and asking for content in a
compelling way.
 Spread awareness about the company, its products and future diversifications.
 Looked after the back end of the company i.e dealt with the manufacturers to get the best
