• CSI should understand corporate objectives, target
audiences, brand image and positioning clearly.
• CSI should select event based on company’s
objective and brand personality
• Create extensive databases of the target consumers
in order to conduct pre and post event analysis.
• General market research pre-event
• More emphasis on internet marketing
• Make effective Social Media Campaigns to promote
events.
Conclusion
• The company should target the right
audiences for their events with the help of
digital marketing.
• More emphasis on marketing should be done
through Social Media.
• Use of digital marketing tools such as
landing pages, blogs, emails, etc. can give
best results.
