Target Audience
We have chosen as a group to make the film appealto
teenagers aged 14-19. Thisis because our characters all fit
this age range so it will be easy to relate to our audience.
We chose this age range because any younger would be too
scary and inappropriateto watch, however any older and the
audiencemay not relate as much.
‘The Blackout’ will be watched by mostly females but also by
males.
We have chosen to act as the characters ourselves so that we
will relate to our audiencemore effectively.
The fact that we are the same age as our audiencemeans
that they might be able to feel as if they are in the film more
than any other age range.
