Description: Welcome to Schoology, your newest Learning Management System! You will learn how to create
and manage Schoology courses and groups. Discover how to set up your classes, including
adding links, files, assignments, and assessments for your students to access. This is a hands on
training where you will watch demonstrations and then create. This session is free to all IU 13
consortium member districts who purchased the value added component through IU 13. For non-
consortium members, cost is $75 per a participant. This training session is applicable to all
teachers who are implementing Schoology in their classrooms
Audience: All Educators using Schoology
Limit: Minimum: 10 Maximum: 60

In accordance with the recommendation of the Act 48 Advisory Council, individuals attending workshops/conferences must arrive on time and stay the duration of the workshop in order to receive Act 48
Professional Education Hours. Partial credit for Act 48 hours is NOT available. Requests for exceptions are to be brought to the attention of the individual’s superintendent or IU director.
