Description: Are you ready to explore authentic music, dances, recipes, languages, and more cultural
practices? Explore CultureGrams - concise, reliable, up-to-date country reports that deliver the
world to your classroom. Understand the local authors, global snapshots, local coverage &
multidimensional tools available. The AM session will be presenter led and the afternoon
session will be a make it and take it work session. Participants have the option of attending
the AM workshop and the PM work session for a full day of training, or just attend half day AM
workshop. Register on MyLearningPlan accordingly.
Audience: Technology Integrators/Media Specialist, Librarians/Teachers
Limit: Minimum: 10 Maximum: 30
Cost: No Cost for IU 13 IMS members districts/schools; $75.00 for non-members

In accordance with the recommendation of the Act 48 Advisory Council, individuals attending workshops/conferences must arrive on time and stay the duration of the workshop in order to receive Act 48
Professional Education Hours. Partial credit for Act 48 hours is NOT available. Requests for exceptions are to be brought to the attention of the individual’s superintendent or IU director.
