Job Profile:
• Ensure that the day-to-day operations of a business run smoothly & monitoring the
activities by executing Maker and Checker concept.
• Makeup annual budgets and report on performance against budget
• Co coordinating with the projects team to do a six sigma projects on End to End
deliverable TAT to increase the overall performance
• Designing Standard Operations Procedures (SOP’s) for all tasks within the team
which leads to minimize the errors and smooth functioning of work without any
financial loss
• Making monthly provisions & Processing all the vendor Bills
• Analyzing Customer Complaints & Queries to reduce operational issues and to

• Ensure complete Pre verification through KYC Checking and activation of

evaluate the Quality of performance.
