ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Wipro Technologies: Resource Executive since August 2012
Currently working as a Resource Executive in Global Infrastructure Services; key
responsibilities include,
• Validating Requirement / Job Description provided by the account team
• Co-ordinate with the Delivery Managers / Pre-sales / Delivery heads in indents creation
• Initiate external hiring request and follow up till fulfillment of positions with Talent
Acquisition team for profiles sourcing, interview scheduling and on boarding
• Track all open indents / positions – Reporting project resourcing status to the customer
and management on daily / weekly basis
• Coordination of interviews – Work with recruitment and delivery teams for completion
of the scheduled interviews
• Updation of Billability, Region wise , Supervisor details of Employee details in SAP ERP
Tool
• Coordinate / close on Employee movements, transfers, relocation and sharing of letters
to the employees
• Assigning of employees to projects who are unbilled / on free pool to ensure their
billability in system
• Detagging of employee from project in SAP & allotment to projects based on the
request of PM / DM to particular WBS / project
• Estimate resource ramp up / ramp down from various projects and redeployment of
resources to TnM / FPP projects in advance to minimize bench and improve employee
billability / revenue realization
• Ensure / plan towards on-Time fulfillment of resources to projects in order to mitigate
demand overdue

2. • Discuss with internal employees and align their names to requirements suitable after
analyzing the client requirement (JD).
• Extensive working knowledge on SAP Multi Resource Scheduling and CPRO for indent
creation/validation/demand modification/quick select/etc., proposal and billing in a
project
• Validation of the resources getting ramp down with the Project Managers and also
proceeding in the extension if required
