DSP on 07.07.11 requested for Soil investigation & Underground mapping of the
proposed site.
On 20.08.22, draft tender document (Part A and Part B) sent to DSP for filling up
the required portions.
Technical basis for preparation of the tender document is on basis of RDCIS report
on Pot sintering experiments with micro pellet condition at SP, ISP
conditions. Micro pellet testing has not been done for DSP conditions since the
source of iron ore and process iron making is same.
TS on SIS & Area Survey submitted on 22.11.2022. Being a green field project UG
mapping is not required. Block Cost of Rs 16 lakhs submitted on 30.11.2022. 5 nos.
of bid for the above package has been received and sent to CET (C&S) for tender
evaluation on 04.01.2023
DSP specified the power source for Micropellet plant & proportioning quantity of
feed materials, chemical analysis of iron bearing waste through e-mail dated
01.12.2022 & 3.12.2022. DSP requirement for provision of handling mill scale and
ESP dust in Sinter plant is not clearly stated in the e-mail dated 3.12.2022
CET requested DSP vide email dated 21.12.2022 to include the balance points in
tender document (like location, nature of land sharing, Minimum guaranteed off-
take value, Battery limit of feed materials, & (physical analysis) quality iron bearing
waste, % LD charges, Earnest Money Deposit and security deposit.
