Intrinsic motivation is very important to me as a student who always makes the motivation intrinsic as my morale as a student and as a employees.
Motivation is the driving force to the will and desire to be successful or to achieve something. Motivation can also be said as to the success of a

Students who are more inclined toward intrinsic motivation like a challenging job. They have an incentive to work for the benefit of personal
satisfaction from taking care teacher for getting good grades. They prefer to try solve the problem on its own rather than relying on the help or
guidance of a teacher. They also adopted a system of mastery goals and standards of evaluation that allows them to make an independent assessment of
the success or failure in the classroom without relying on teachers for information or evaluation.
According to Deci (1975), intrinsic motivation can be described as a psychological condition caused when individuals consider themselves capable
and able to decide things by themselves. A person suffering from high intrinsic motivation should be able to do something favored as driving a car,
visiting places is preferred, choose accommodation and choose the desired food. If he is given a gift such as a visit to the places designated by the
organizing body, the accommodation and food types are determined by the parties, he did not get a chance to decide everything on your own.

Achieving motivation in the classroom setting is a very difficult task especially since every person is motivated differently and different types of
motivation must be applied depending on the age group of the students. There are four major groups that are categorized by age. The first major age
group is the primary–grade students, which consist of students in elementary school, Kindergarten through fifth grade. Motivation for this age group
can be achieved in a positive physical environment and a psychological atmosphere. Creating a positive physical environment for the students could

accomplish tasks that didn't help others. As a result, I wouldn't take a lucrative job offer if it didn't provide me with benevolent job responsibilities. In
order to balance my intrinsic and extrinsic motivations, I think that compromise is key. Since life's challenges can interfere with one's morals, I realize
that it may be difficult to compromise in certain situations. However, I think that success in the business world ultimately stems from ethical actions,

best for him to do.

Extrinsic motivation it is the motivation brought about by what a person is getting from a certain task, rather than interest in the task. An example of
extrinsic motivation is when a student who is not particularly interested in math works hard in order to attain a good grade, and in a working person's
life, it could be working on a task that is not necessarily interesting to him/her, but that is giving a good amount of financial reward. A good example of
intrinsic motivation is working as a volunteer in a children's home because taking care of children is of personal interest and satisfaction, to the person,
despite getting no reward. In a classroom setting, it may be clear that most students are more extrinsically motivated to undertake their academic work,
even though for some, it could be inherent extrinsic motivation, an example being, a student who understands that studying hard and doing assignments
has a bigger reward in the long–term, as they will pass exams and attain good grades. In the same class could be another student who does assignments
to avoid sanctions by teachers or parents (Lepper, Corpus and Iyengar, 2005). Both of these examples showcase students who are extrinsically
motivated to study even though one appears to be more inherently thoughtful of their own benefit, while the other is doing it just to avoid punishment

The Importance Of Intrinsic Motivation At Work
As a leader of Sunoco, dealing with this crisis would need to be swift, effective, build sustainability, remove complacency, snakes, egos and above all,
introduce intrinsic rewards; especially, when trying to retain employees who truly desire a future with the company. Doing so would involve an
approach that requires all hands–on deck, from top to bottom, no exception. Training would not be limited to seniors only, a matter of fact, every
employee would be required to receive professional training. Although intrinsic and extrinsic rewards are relevant (mainly intrinsic), it is imperative
that all employees recognize the strength of their rewards, which leads to finding something meaningful according to their strength. Organizations
experience greater benefits when intrinsic rewards are present; hence, my reason for saying mainly intrinsic. Intrinsic rewards represent the way a
person feel, their burning desire to explore avenues of creativity and support and not viewing monetary rewards as a primary benefit. It includes: a
sense of meaningfulness, sense of choice, sense of competence and a sense of progress. The following has been said by Thomas in the book 'Intrinsic
Motivation at Work:'
1."All four rewards are accompanied by increased positive emotions about work and by decreased negative emotions." (Thomas, 2009, pg. 68)
2."Across all organizational levels, people who score higher on the intrinsic rewards report higher satisfaction with their professional development.

Doing so would involve an approach that requires all hands–on deck, from top to bottom, no exception. Training would not be limited to seniors only, a matter of fact, every employee would be required to receive professional training. Although intrinsic and extrinsic rewards are relevant (mainly intrinsic), it is imperative that all employees recognize the strength of their rewards, which leads to finding something meaningful according to their strength. Organizations experience greater benefits when intrinsic rewards are present; hence, my reason for saying mainly intrinsic. Intrinsic rewards represent the way a person feel, their burning desire to explore avenues of creativity and support and not viewing monetary rewards as a primary benefit. It includes: a sense of meaningfulness, sense of choice, sense of competence and a sense of progress. The following has been said by Thomas in the book 'Intrinsic Motivation at Work:' 1."All four rewards are accompanied by increased positive emotions about work and by decreased negative emotions."
