OTPs are constructs based on content we consume on screens or on stages. They are a hunt for
photos and videos showing interactions between two idols in order to understand a relationship or
refine a story.
Unless the group breaks apart, that hunt will never end. In order to observe the interactions, we
consume content and stay engaged with that group.
In the process, we spend a lot of time and probably money while gaining nothing. Nothing. What do

members of the group do not know us. They have no idea who we truly are. Still, broadcasts feel
like we know them better than some of our friends. But we do not.
The key idea is that because we feel close to our idols, we regularly consume their content and buy
their products. Engagement results in revenue, not a hundred percent, but obviously enough to
create entire show buildings. OTPs are one of the ways we keep engaged with a group.
Remember, the relationship that we see between two idols is not the whole story. Relationships
develop off camera. OTPs exist because we make assumptions about those relationships and project
our wishes onto them. However, as OTPs keep us fans engaged, companies actively cultivate them
in order to generate revenue.
This is why interactions are promoted and not cut. This is why they are predictable. This is why you
will never see an OTP fighting.

I have been playing on this server for a very long time now and I really love this server. Ive been
playing Opcraft for almost a year now and it had been the best year out of all my years of play

I feel I am a Helpful and confident person and I feel very confident that my skills that I have can fill
a staff role. When I am on OPCraft I am always trying to find people that need help and also always
trying to welcome and help new players as much as I can. I want to make sure that everyone on the
server is always having a good time and make them feel that if they have issues someone is there to
help them and make them feel more comfortable. I have personal experience working with people in
a work environment and know when there's time to have fun and when it's time to get a job or task
done. I've also have handled many situations where people are very heated or upset where i can cool

In the second grade, all of the students were Hispanic and ranged from the ages of seven to eight.
The two students that I worked with were, in my opinion, very smart when it came to doing their
assignments. Considering that English is their second language, both students spoke well and were

Many people have different reasons to apply for staff. Mine will sound a little cheesy but its true. I
purely enjoy helping people. It gives me a sense of gratitude when I show someone how to do things
the right way or help someone with their issues. I am a good problem solver and I have an analytical
brain. These traits make my job easy and fun. I know that staff isn't meant to be a fun job, but
keeping a cheerful attitude on job and being friendly to players makes more people want to come
back to the server. I have two modes when being staff; one cheery light mood when I joke around
and talk with players and a serious mood when dealing with issues. I NEVER allow these two to

grown due to his relationship with Maude and will use the advice that Maude has given him in order
to live a more fulfilling and enjoyable life.

each quadrant and which one each person fits into you can determine what motivates them, what
upsets them, and how to lead a conversation.
A Q1 person is very domineering and they tend to be insensitive towards other people. This behavior
is when a person thinks they are right all the time. They believe that you are typically lazy if you
don't like their ideas. They are very abrasive and demeans other people regularly. When a person
exudes this type of behavior they usually get a Q2 or Q3 reaction from the other person.
A Q2 person is very reluctant and unresponsive. They tend to be pessimistic and critical of new

Captain Styles made the executive decision to dock at the unnamed island someplace in the Gulf of
Mexico. From the dark clouds and strong winds they could tell a storm was coming soon. Niall had
wandered away from the crew like usual. He ran the warm sand through his fingers and smiled to
himself.
A soft whimper was heard and Niall perked up his ears. He spun around and saw nothing. Thinking
