DSC SeLECT is DHL’s strategic integrated and global system to support DHL’s Service Parts Logistics practices. It
is a web-based application that encompasses both order management and warehouse inventory management
to support all aspects of DHL’s logistics solutions. SeLECT program objective is to deliver and implement a
global and integrated system to support logistics services offerings in the form of Strategic Inventory
Management (SIM), Direct Express Inventory (DEI) and Return & Repair Inventory (RRI). SeLECT program
includes two systems SeLECT HP and Strategic SeLECT.
SeLECT HP is dedicated to manage Inventory for customer HP and Strategic SeLECT is used to manage
inventory for other customers like Unisys, Oracle, Colt, HMC, Cisco etc.
Responsibilities
 Involved in Post development testing for SeLECT HP and SeLECT WMS system
 Preparation of UAT and Regression test cases.
 Involved in Smoke Testing.
 Reporting and Tracking Defects.
 Preparation of Test progress report.
 Performing the end to end flow of Inbound and outbound orders.

2. Project: Transformation Project (U.K Based)
Time Period: Jan 2013 - Jan 2014
Project Description:
 Involved design of Sales Order (SO) schedule and reservation of the SO in AURA. This reservation
process includes sending the reservation request to AURA, receiving confirmation on this
reservation request and if reservation is a SUCCESS then making it available for pick up to customer
by notifying OrderNo, CollectionID and PIN through email/sms.
 In cases where AURA is not able to fulfill the entire line quantity, it will send a FAILURE response to
sterling and the line will be cancelled with a subsequent notification to the customer.

 Underwent IBM vendor training regarding the Sterling tool.
 Performed different types of deployments and having prior knowledge of adding columns in
