as its second focus. Project Basic Department Management (BDM) is an e-Business
solution to streamline inventory management in Walgreens stores. Proper arrangement of
merchandise at stores is carried in an optimum way to maximize the profits and time
saving of store personnel and thus increasing performance. The business includes category

2. assessment, assortment planning, planogram production, planogram publication, Floor
Planning and execution.
- Walgreens has multiple ERP applications from various vendors. Walgreens entire ERP is
undergoing a series of transformation to meet the Business requirements, industry
standards and provide a better customer experience. This modernization and enhancements
require highly skilled resource to test and ensure they meet the quality standards. Veritas
QA project team is responsible to ensure the same.

- Communicating with onshore team and gathering requirement for any new enhancement
or improvement in the application/tool.
