and accurately can cost an organization millions in fines and reputational damage.
Herald is trade repository and reporting system which ensure that all trade generated

Raptor upgrade project is a significant update for exiting fraud detection system (SAS-FM)
used by Capital one. It includes various component and design enhancement. I worked on
same from Jan 2014 to Feb – 2015 and at that time it was still in development phase.
As an Associate consultant, following responsibilities where to be taken care of-
 Responsible for developing and testing midtier component of Raptor based on client
requirement, created many Java programs and approx 100+ Unix wrapper jobs
which uses to SAS scripts for functioning.
 Have designed numerous technical design documents by doing requirements
analysis along with functional designing
 Worked with other teams (FAS, WMB) for their functional scripts testing.

SAS-FM is a card fraud detection system. SAS-FM is the HSBC replacement of existing
FALCON that currently used in 25 countries throughout HSBC.It run on and midtier
acrhtecure.SAS FM decision engine utilizes customer historical profile and user define rules
to determine if card transaction should be approved referred or declined on the fraud
prospective. All the transitions are process in the real time mode. It consists of many midtier
components. As a software engineer, following responsibilities where to be taken care of-
 Responsible for enhance and support the application based on client requirement
including health check for application.
 Handled weekly status call with client and fulfilled their requirement within given
time frame.
 Developed Menu based tool using UNIX shell scripting for application health check
which is later used by IPS Support team.
 Developed Application logs monitoring script for Message Broker team (WMB)
 Provided application support and ticket resolving in case of issue.
