Project Description:
Citibank ICG Technology Asia Pacific has setup Test Centre of Excellence (TCoE) partnering Polaris vendor to
streamline the testing process to cater for the testing requirements to support the continuous release of the
ASPAC GTS applications.
TCOE is to facilitate the adoption of the Service Quality Program’s (SQP) Standards and Controls within Citi
Transaction Services (CTS) through process consulting, and to help the various Application Development Teams
improve their productivity and quality of software delivery. TCoE strives to build expertise in testing practice in the
Business Area of the Customer. TCoE adhered to the Citibank New York Service Quality Program for Testing
Remedial.
Responsibilities:-
 Preparing the Effort estimation for the projects and tracking the efforts of the resources.
 Preparing the Test plans, Test Entry and Exit criteria document for SIT environment.
 Preparing the Signoff, Test completion report for the completed releases.

Project Name : Digital Automation Testing – (Tool to test E2E functionality on AngularJS Web Application)

Project Description:
Digital Automation tool is a internal tool developed for the purpose of test the End to End functionality of
Web Application built with AngularJS Technology. This tool is built on Jasmine Framework and runs on Selenium
Webdriver.
Tool has the capacity to generate the scripts just my mapping the Angular Tags, which means no manual
scripting is required to generated the test scripts, So that the any user can able to generate the test script and
execute the test without any coding knowledge. Tool also generates the test scripts by getting the inputs from the
xls - user can upload the xls file (pre defined template which has the elements, key, driver values and the
respective actions). Tool has the facility to reuse the generated test scripts for Regression testing. Output for each
an every test will be the Configuration JS file, Test script JS files, Test Results Summary, xls format template and
Test Logs. In case of Failed test cases the Error details are displayed in the Test Summary Report – HTML format
and the detailed version will be available in the log files.

 Creation of the Protractor Test script with all possible combinations of Elements, Keys, Key values, Actions and
Action values.
 Conversion of Protractors scripts in to a Java, so that the tool can generate the Protractor scripts while
execution with the combinations of Elements, Keys, Key values, Actions and Action values in Protractor format.
 Testing the Tool bundle on each an every completion phase.

Project Description:
ENBD Account Maintenance is the process where the physical application is sent by sourcing units
via Tracksoft and requests are processed in Finacle. Physical applications are sent via internal mail
and acknowledged by OPC once received. Documents once processed are sent to RMC for archival
with AOD. BPM for Account Maintenance process is introduced where the requests are processed
basis of scanned images such that physical form does not flow to ARC. Also images will be
immediately available in Docsafe as FileNet which is integrated with it.

Project Description:
Cuscal is Australia's leading provider of transactional banking, liquidity and capital management products and
superannuation solutions to more than 150 specialist financial services institutions across Australia.
As part of this, Cuscal has Initiated to build a modern, adaptable payments framework (CORE Program) to reduce
the current dependency on the third party in offering some payment services and which will allow them to be
more flexible and quicker to respond / adopt to the technology changes related to Compliance, product
innovation, and fraud which will offer best services under new customer contracts coming into place from 2013. As
part of their strategy and desired end state, it incorporates switch development (customer integration and
bilateral development), application development, ATM/PCT development, operational and customer migration
processes, and termination assistance to reduce the current pressure on revenues and to offer best services to its
customers by reducing the cost.
CORE program has already implemented Phase 1 which is to develop new routing switch and introduce a new
debit card to prove the payments capability. Currently as part of Phase II we are working on Customer Migration
(new and existing) to Switch, ATM, Reports & settlements and Portal.
Responsibilities:-
 Understand and analyze business requirements for the project/release
 Loading the configuration pack in to UAT, SIT and PROD environments manually and few modules using the
automation script (QTP 11.0), based on the ALM requests
 Performing the verification process on the loaded Config packs in multiple environments based on the
standard checklists
 Creation of IAP’s and process and generating the Licence request file in Linux env. (using PUTTY). Deploying the
license file in Linux env. for the new interface process in multiple test
 Tracking the tickets status in ALM.

Project Name : ICM (International Cash Management) – E2E Regression Testing

Project Description:
This project is all about, performing the End to End Regression testing for the Global Transaction Service (GTS)
application. We perform the End to End Regression testing with Multiple payments types across all GTS
applications. The testing included different front end applications, mid office application, SWIFT network and
various back offices which RBS deals with and verifying the transmission of SWIFT messages to Front office and
Back offices from SWIFT Alliance network.
Responsibilities:-
 Prepared Test plan and involved in reviewing Test scenarios and publishing to stake holders.
 Involved in BMO calls on Requirements gathering process and signoff.
 Involved in END to END Regression testing of multiple payment flow of Banking project (Corporate
Banking)
 Testing involves the following activities –
 Initiating the payments from the front end channels, tracking the payment with the various mid
office applications that interacts with the payments (which various for different payments types)
 Validating the inbound messages of Payment Router, by querying the ORACLE database and also
the outbound message of various formats from Payment Router in LINUX env.
 Raising the defects in Quality Center 9.2 and maintaining the tracks of the defect and retest it.
 Verifying the successful transmission of SWIFT message like MT101, MT105, MT103, MT942 and
MT940 messages from SWIFT alliance network to Front office channels and Back offices.
 Processing the MT940 message in Report Router (UNIX env.) and verifying the reports in front
end.
 Creating a monthly dashboard and circulating to stakeholders.

Project Name : Smart Portal
Client : AUTODESK, USA

Project Description:
Smart Portal is the valuable product of Expertus InfoTech, which is developed with the technology of Drupal and
PHP. Smart Portal, is the user-friendly application, which is customizable and fit to any kind of LMS products as a
front-end application. For an end user understanding the functionalities of LMS product is not an easy job, so in
order to solve the difficulties faced by the end users we have introduced this SMART PORTAL concept, which
makes the life of the user simple. Smart Portal will be the one point of contact for the end user and it’s not
necessary that the user should have the LMS knowledge for processing the requirements with Smart Portal. Smart
Portal will have the same functionalities as the LMS product has with a user friendly menu driven action. Smart
Portal and LMS product speaks through Web services and the Data synch-up between the LMS and Smart Portal
will be done once in 24 hrs.
Smart Portal has a unique feature Report. User can able to generate their own Adhoc report on their
assigned security roles and user given filter conditions. Smart portal has 2 types of report Adhoc reports and OOB
reports.

Responsibilities:-
 Involved in creating the Test plans.
 Preparing the clarification document based on the provided functional specification.
 Preparing the test scripts and also reviewing the test script created by the team members.
 Deploying the build and executing the ETL process before starting the testing.
 Executing the test scripts and locking the defect in defect tracking tool Kayako.
 Executing the Re-test and Regression testing for the given fixes.
 Executed the Integration testing between the Application and Report.
 Executed the System testing for Autodesk project.
 Preparing the defect dashboard report for every month and circulate to the higher officials (Test manager
and Project Manager).
 Attending the client call and providing the solution for the Production support issues. Documenting the

maintains the track of the learner. We are involved in customizing the application based on the client request like
introducing the new feature to the existing, adding the new training session and offerings and the report features
based on the customer requirements using the Crystal report.
Responsibilities:
 Preparing Test scripts for functional testing based on the provided functional specification and executing
it.
 Tracking the defects with the defect tracking system Bugzilla.
 Executing the Re-test and Regression Testing for the given fixes.

The SWIFT 2006 is the adapter, which is used in the Banking process. The process that is performed by the SWIFT
2006 is which generates the swift messages for each and every transaction of the banking process, which is done
by the customer end and also at the bank end. The SWIFT 2006 adapter is an iWay product and it has been tested
in different environments like Windows 2000 and Linux and Solaris. The major testing process involves in validating
and deploying the metadata’s of SWIFT 2006 Package in client environment. Preparing the test data for the SWIFT
2006 Adapter in swift format and analyzing the response whether it is based on the input.

Project Name : iWay Adapter Monitoring

Project Description:
The iWAY Adapter Monitoring (iAM) is the most valuable product of Information Builders. The process involves is
testing the deployment process of the various adapters like RDBMS, SAP, People Soft, HL7 and CICS with iWay
Adapter Tool in different Servers like IBM Web Sphere 7.0, Sun Java, IBM Websphere 6.0. The iWay Adapter tool
which performs the process of intermediate with multi environment. It allows the adapter to perform its process
with different environments like Windows 2000 and LINUX simultaneously. The major testing process involves is
analyzing the deployment process of each adapters with the servers and also the outcomes of the adapter which
should be based on the inputs given.

This tool is built on Jasmine Framework and runs on Selenium Webdriver. Tool has the capacity to generate the scripts just my mapping the Angular Tags, which means no manual scripting is required to generated the test scripts, So that the any user can able to generate the test script and execute the test without any coding knowledge. Tool also generates the test scripts by getting the inputs from the xls - user can upload the xls file (pre defined template which has the elements, key, driver values and the respective actions). Tool has the facility to reuse the generated test scripts for Regression testing.
