1. Crocs : (July, 2011 – October, 2014)
Project Description:
Crocs is a world wide apparel and foot wear industry. The role involved working as
an independent individual responding to client escalation and solving complex issues.
Currently supports IBM Sterling Commerce Multichannel fulfillment implementation across
US, Asia and Europe Regions.
Responsibilities:
Handling Support tickets from the end users and providing solution to the issues.
Trouble shooting issues involves understanding the upstream systems like JD Edwards ,
Oracle Fusion and Manhattan which has been integrated with Yantra. If the problem tickles
down to an issue with the custom code, converting them into Change Requests after
analysis.
• Played a role of Technical consultant supporting across various geographies and
single point of contact for Asia and Europe Regions of Crocs by which have explored
nook and corner of the customization/extension of Yantra.
• Had attended cross functional KT and learnt basic concepts of JD Edwards which
helped in solving technical issues more efficiently since we had integrated system
for order flow.
• Played a role of a mentor for a team of 8 and bringing them up to speed on Yantra
architecture, Order Management System related concepts.
• Developed a support internal tool used for Generating Report and send it to
customer.
• Gathered requirements from the end user and translated them to a requirement
specification. Created change records and ensured that there is 100% client
satisfaction.
• Developed Use case document for the new enhancements in some cases. Made sure
that the QA team is fully involved in following those.
• Act as an interface between Yantra and the clients till the issue is resolved.
• Helping other team members in solving critical issues by performing a Code Walk
through (CWT).

2. Univar : (November, 2014 – January, 2015)
Project Description:
Univar is a chemical distribution company based on United states. The role involved was
doing POCs for moving IBM Websphere Commerce (WCS) 5.6 to IBM Websphere
Commerce(WCS) 7 FEP 8. Here we were using the extended sites as Univar was using several
sites dedicated for its potential customers.
Responsibilities:
• Creating the xmls and csvs for updating the catalog contents in WCS using the raw
data shared by the customer.
• Gathered requirements from the customers and translated them to a requirement
specification.
• Exploring the Aurora store for the implementation of the Univar requirements.
• Installation of WAS, RAD and FEP 8 in the servers.
3. T-Mobile : (January 2015 – Till date)
Project Description:
T-Mobile USA is a national provider of wireless voice, messaging, and data services.
Around the country, T-mobile Coverage Check gives customers a clear picture of their local
coverage. Corporate order portal (COP/TBC) is a B2B application for T-Mobile Corporate
customers/users. Technology stack used in COP application is CQ5 is the front-end CMS
which renders the site content and WCS is the backend system that houses the business
logic layer and the catalog data . The key features of COP application is Flexi payment plan
(Classic and Easy monthly installment.), Discounted product pricing, based on WCS pricing
framework with the customization of “monthly recurring charges”, Easy on boarding of
organization, Adding users with different roles, Product up gradation. Business Order
Support System (BOSS) is an internal facing web portal for care and business sales reps to
create EIP and bulk orders for Corporate, Individual and Government customers.
