Calico: The calico is web based reporting system which provides quick and comprehensive
access to P&L information and standardized reports, as well as the ability to make adjustments to
any current position or current month end position applicants.
DB Palace: DB Palace is an application which helps the users to calculate their daily balance
sheet amounts and generate their daily P&L for reporting purpose. Market data which are
specific to calculation of P&L calculating/generation are loaded in DB palace application post
which rules and calculation are applied on the market data and the balance sheet amount is
generated.
Responsibilities:
 Debugging shell scripts and procedures and modifying/creating scripts for scheduling reports
and alerts.
 Issue resolution and bug fixing that may arise in the application.
 Scripts and batch schedule maintenance and maintaining the application stability.
 Documenting the Key business issues, processes, scenarios and root cause analysis including
code investigation and problem management.
 Interacting with business users / other application groups for resolving issues arising out of
data feeds/interfaces of their applications.
 Develop new Enhancements for the Application based on the user requirements and queries

Description:
Oracle OM Production Support is an ERP tool (part of O2C cycle) where the orders have been
placed and progressed through supply chain process and interfaced to Account Receivables (AR)
for invoicing purpose used ERP to run OM business for the client Cisco.
Responsibilities:
 Analyzing the package or code when tool/business has problem and suggesting the analysis
to development team for the code fix.
 Worked on ERP, Order Management and Order to Cash (O2C) applications.
 Good knowledge on Oracle Applications Suite R12, SQL and PLSQL.
 Translating business requirements/rules to system acceptable technical rules in a SQL scripts,
PL/SQL package files (Procedure, functions) and Triggers.
 Analyzing the bugs in production environment and propose the solutions to the monthly
release team to fix it.

Automation of certain processing events.
