Image batches are transmitted to Troy, MI central server. Lason Central Tracking System (CTS) monitors and tracks

Claim document images are routed to India for data capture. Specified field data values are captured. Any illegible
images will be returned to Imaging for re-scan. Lason Data Capture will submit the output files to Midlands Choice in
