1. In the transition from school to work must be a continuous.
2. Thesis, social service and professional practice should be a bridge between a person who has the profile formed
and their integration into the labor.
3. Thesis is the intellectual assessment of the learner.
4. Professional practice is a contact with reality which combines knowledge with an operational reality.
5. Social service is a payment to society through public institutions.
6. Most people who complete a degree not always studied what they liked.
7. Not all people have talent for career studying.
8. Schools do not enable them to get the graduate profile.
9. The market does not absorb.
10. You end up working on what you have and not what you like.
11. The thesis is as important as social service, professional practice and curriculum, and if removed weakens
training.

1. Thesis, social service and professional practice must be bridge between a person who has the profile formed and
their integration into the labor (this is called continuous).
2. Thesis, professional practice and social service are important to the stakeholder.
3. There is unemployment for graduates.
4. Schools accept anyone even without profile.
5. Many people study a career they do not like.
6. Not all schools have quality.
7. Students do not get a good preparation in schools and that is why companies do not want to hire.
8. Schools do not support research when they removed the thesis.
9. Educational institutions do not ensure the relevance between the curriculum and the needs of the business
sector.
10. The student's academic experiences must be linked to a professional level.

• Bogard is a young man, a father, a degree in educational administration.
• Currently has an office dedicated to the training of citizens in issues of transparency, accountability and access to
public information.
• He's very kind and agreed to the interview.
Needs a Way to
Bogard needs a way to quickly integrate school graduates in the working world.
Because
1. There is unemployment for graduates.
2. Many people study a career they do not like.
3. Students do not get a good preparation in schools and that is why companies do not want to hire.
4. Educational institutions do not ensure the relevance between the curriculum and the needs of the business
sector.
5. The student's academic experiences must be linked to a professional level.

Social service is a payment to society through public institutions. 6. Most people who complete a degree not always studied what they liked. 7. Not all people have talent for career studying. 8. Schools do not enable them to get the graduate profile. 9. The market does not absorb. 10. You end up working on what you have and not what you like. 11.
