Bangladeshi Student's Standpoint on Junk Food Consumption and Social BehaviourIOSRJPBS
Consumption of takeaway and fast food by young adolescents is no longer confined to the developed countries; it has spread to the developing countries as well. The culture of fast food consumption has replaced the traditional meal among university students and is a great public health concern. Excessive consumption of fast food is responsible for obesity epidemics and the cause of a dramatic increase of obesity-related diseases. A cross-sectional study was carried out from March to December, 2015 among students attending in five established Universities of Bangladesh, Dhaka University, Jahangirnagar University, American International University of Bangladesh, Gono University and Sher-e-Bangla Agriculture University. The aim of the present study was to examine the preference, prevalence and pattern of fast food consumption among the students. The prevalence of fast food consumption among those students was 98.5%, and 43.3% of their pocket money was spent on its purchase. The important factors for the preference of fast food include good taste, easy accessibility, increased convenience, and pocket friendly in nature. Approximately 22% of the respondents mentioned that they consumed fast food 4 days per week and more than one-fifth had the meal every day. Fifty four percent of the respondents skipped their breakfast due to a variety of reasons including class pressure and had fast food after finishing their classes, either from varsity canteens or other fast-food outlets. Though 98% of the students were well informed about the negative effects associated with excessive fast food consumption, they were still profoundly addicted to it. Specific health education programs, dietary guidelines and effective public awareness campaigns could be initiated to address the unhealthy lifestyle of university students and improve their health

Beneficial of Vegetarian Diet
INTRODUCTION
In a few years ago, once, I had been to an Australian high school for one-month winter vacation; During the period, where the some of people also choose vegetarian diets. And when I was in high school in California, America, the vegetarian diets rate in the adolescents was becoming higher, which almost exceeded 20%. The same thing was also happening throughout University of Oregon, there are many people to choose vegetarian diets, even some of my friends. And when I went to the local restaurants, I found there are a lot of restaurants offer the vegetarian diet menus. I was very surprised, because in China, people who choose vegetarian diets are really few. Now there is a popular theory in society, many people think that vegetarians are very healthy and beneficial to human body. Diet health is relative to the life safety, which makes it a heating issue catching eyeballs, so I decide to spend time to do some research about vegetarian diets. During decades of development, human beings scored gratifying achievements. Progress was made both in developing the economy and in raising living standards, vegetarian diets play an essential role in nowadays society. In American society, instead of being worried about what to eat, most of public are eating more food, and more kinds of diet habits individuals can choose. Vegetarian diets are a popular diet in the United States society. Therefore, I want to discuss about the benefits of vegetarian diets. However, there may have some contradictions about the topic, if vegetarian diets are really beneficial, why there are still a lot of people do not choose this eating habit. For getting answer about the topic and contradictions, I do many researches from academic health websites, individual websites who are doctor of health or researcher of American Dietetic Association, and some health organizations of foods. And there are some of the other contradictions I have discovered through my inquiry are that although vegetarian diets are healthy, there are some people do not choose this diets way since they may consider about unaccustomed to friends or families, nutritional imbalance compares with normal diet, and athletic preference.
KEY TERMS
Therefore, I considered a question is that what is vegetarian? In the ordinary impression of people, vegetarianism means people who only eat vegetables and fruits. However, according to the Vegetarian Society, a vegetarian is somebody who refuses to eat any meat, poultry, amusement, fish, shellfish or products of creature butcher (VS for Vegetarian Society). Veggie lover counts calories contain different level of organic products, vegetables, grains, pluses, nuts and seeds. The incorporation of dairy and eggs is correlated with the kind of eating regimen following. Furthermore, there are four most widely recognized vegetarians: lacto-ovo vegetarians, lacto vegetarians, ovo vegetarians and vegans.

Healthy Food Can Be Expensive, But There Are Ways to Make It Affordable
Introduction:
For decades there has been a stigma of healthy food. Not many people have ever really understood the healthy food. In the 20th to 21th century, the term "crazy" and "insane" came to mean mental disorder. Healthy food were very healthy before this century because people were eating healthy food more than now. Even families of healthy food tried to keep them eating a good food, but they used soda and chocolate at the same time. Some people judge out of ignorance on some food without correct information and reasons for that.
The general public has always found healthy food confusing because some people do not have much information about healthy food and how to use. It is a very important topic for people who care about them self. In addition, people who are not healthy have found various ways to punish people who are, even hiding them away. Some examples of what people might have thought of the healthy food are that they are: possessed, ungodly, witches, etc. I will admit that there are people who would gladly help people that do not care about healthy food, but the majority of people who just do not understand about excellent food is still a huge amount of the public. When people do not understand something that is where the judgment starts to take place.
The stigma on people who do not eat healthy food always greatly affected those who eat healthy food. It is my goal to bring attention to what the stigma of healthy food can do. Throughout my research, I have discovered that people who eat healthy food have a good energy. I think the public and the way they see these foods has a great impact on the way people are healthy. The three claims I will make on this subject are: First, there are ways to eat healthy for less expensive. Second, food awareness will lead to a healthy diet. Third, there are some healthy foods that are negative because the general people are uninformed on how to use.
I will talk why healthy food has such a negative stigma by some examples of how they are misunderstood by most of the general public. In addition, I want to talk about how healthy people usually do not see themselves that way. Finally, I will explain that the stigma also has a great negative effect on the people closest to the healthy food.
Keywords:
The "healthy food role": the healthy food role is a role that the general public places onto people who eat unhealthy food. This role basically states that if you do not care ,it is your responsibility to seek help for it.
?Madhouse: a psychiatric facility.
Stigmatized group: A group of people with a specific stereotype or label put on them.
Methods
In order to conduct research on the stigma of unhealthy food, I read various different articles from ProQuest ( a site that has scholarly peer reviewed articles), I did some research on Google for background history on healthy.

3. My first question was asking my audience if they were
vegan and most of the answers were saying ‘no’ which
helps me with my research because I need to advertise
to people who aren’t vegan.
This question only had one answer which makes it
easier for me to know why someone did become a
vegan and gives a reason for why other people
might become vegans
4. This question tells me if people would want to become vegan or
not and the reason for their choice.
Most people said they would become vegan and the reason
would be because they wanted better treatment for animals.
Some people said they wouldn’t become vegan and the main
reason is that it would be too expensive or they don’t have the
time for all the meal planning.
An easy way to help people who don’t have time would be to
provide them with preplanned plans so it makes it easier for
them to know that they can eat.
This question tells me that the main reason for people to
become vegans is for better treatment of animals. Other reasons
are to help out the environment and the health benefits that
come with being a vegan.
Since the treatment of animals is the reason why a lot of people
would become vegans
5. This questions tells me that post people who answered
my survey are male which doesn’t really effect
anything, it just tells me that more men answered by
survey then women.
This questions tells me that most of the people who
answered my survey are under 21 while only one person
is under 36 which fits into my audience profile.
6. This question tells me what people think some of the
drawbacks of being a vegan are and most of the answers
say that trying to plan and what food you can eat would
be the biggest problem for them.
This questions tells me that most people think that the
most important benefit of being a vegan is that you
would be a lot healthier and that the other important
benefit is the impact on the environment and that
animals would be treated better.
