Healthy Food Can Be Expensive, But There Are Ways to Make
It Affordable
Introduction:
For decades there has been a stigma of healthy food. Not many
people have ever really understood the healthy food. In the 20th
to 21th century, the term "crazy" and "insane" came to mean
mental disorder. Healthy food were very healthy before this
century because people were eating healthy food more than
now. Even families of healthy food tried to keep them eating a
good food, but they used soda and chocolate at the same time.
Some people judge out of ignorance on some food without
correct information and reasons for that.
The general public has always found healthy food confusing
because some people do not have much information about
healthy food and how to use. It is a very important topic for
people who care about them self. In addition, people who are
not healthy have found various ways to punish people who are,
even hiding them away. Some examples of what people might
have thought of the healthy food are that they are: possessed,
ungodly, witches, etc. I will admit that there are people who
would gladly help people that do not care about healthy food,
but the majority of people who just do not understand about
excellent food is still a huge amount of the public. When people
do not understand something that is where the judgment starts
to take place.
The stigma on people who do not eat healthy food always
greatly affected those who eat healthy food. It is my goal to
bring attention to what the stigma of healthy food can do.
Throughout my research, I have discovered that people who eat
healthy food have a good energy. I think the public and the way
they see these foods has a great impact on the way people are
healthy. The three claims I will make on this subject are: First,
there are ways to eat healthy for less expensive. Second, food
awareness will lead to a healthy diet. Third, there are some
healthy foods that are negative because the general people are
uninformed on how to use.
I will talk why healthy food has such a negative stigma by some
examples of how they are misunderstood by most of the general
public. In addition, I want to talk about how healthy people
usually do not see themselves that way. Finally, I will explain
that the stigma also has a great negative effect on the people
closest to the healthy food.
Keywords:
The "healthy food role": the healthy food role is a role that the
general public places onto people who eat unhealthy food. This
role basically states that if you do not care ,it is your
responsibility to seek help for it.
?Madhouse: a psychiatric facility.
Stigmatized group: A group of people with a specific
stereotype or label put on them.
Methods
In order to conduct research on the stigma of unhealthy food, I
read various different articles from ProQuest ( a site that has
scholarly peer reviewed articles), I did some research on Google
for background history on healthy food and unhealthy food; in
addition; I put a few questions in my annotation.
I found a lot of information about my topic when I wanted
searched for my next idea that came to mind based on my
questions I had, that led me to many ways that affected the
healthy food. Completing research about what I needed to
understand is what helped me discover the claims. Moreover, I
used annotation one to five and I have been looking for articles
next to questions. They can use different ways to save the
money and be healthy, for example; shopping methods and
gaining knowledge. In addition, they have to know about a
healthy diet.
1- There are ways to eat healthy for less expensive.
When people want to buy some healthy foods from a
supermarket in Chico, there are cheaper, expensive, and many
other shops that sell healthy foods. In addition, it was said, "
Income grocery stores offer more healthy foods than low-
income grocery stores" (Gloria and Steinhardt 1764). For
example, people can go to Win Co, SFO, Food Max, Target, and
others. All these stores use the WIC program because it is a
good program in America. There are connections between WIC
Program and Win Co Food and other stores. People have WIC
program, which offers "healthy foods by the US Special
Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and
Children (WIC)" (Andreyeva et al. 1024). WIC program gives
some checks to people to buy some food. For example, WIC
gives 6 and 10 dollars for vegetables; in addition, they give
bread, beans, eggs, corn flakes, juice, and different types of
milk. Moreover,
WIC Program is helpful because it give many information about
healthy food and other. People with WIC program pay less for
many healthy foods. People combine these two ideas under one
claim. People can buy some foods cheaper when they use
coupons from the same stores.
It was mentioned that" Clip coupons and sign up for a rewards
card at your grocery store" ("Healthy Tip"1). There are many
stores that give people some coupons for some foods for
discount. In addition, they can take those coupons from
newspapers and magazines. There are different coupons to use,
for example, some coupons say you can take two big sodas and
third one is free. In addition, sometimes they give coupons to
discount one dollar when they buy some foods. Moreover,
people in Chico can go to Cash and Carry because that store
sells in bulk and it is a cheaper store and it sells wholesale. Its
author advises that people "Buy foods cheaper in bulk"
("Healthy Tip"1).
2- Food awareness will lead to a healthy diet.
People who want to buy healthy foods have to understand more
information about the environment. It said, "For some food
categories, retailer ratings of customer demand differed for the
healthier and unhealthy versions" (Andreyeva et al. 1027).
There are many differences when you compare healthy and
unhealthy foods. Moreover, there are many different places
which sell good foods and bad foods. In addition, there are
different kinds of soil and they are very important to grow trees
because some trees need more care than others. The best soils
for valid planting is soil medium, after that soil sand, then the
clay soil fertile. People like to buy from farmer markets because
they sell healthy foods from fruits and vegetables from local
farms and other place. People have to know there is a
relationship between the environment and health foods. If the
environment is good, that means the food is good. People have
to know there are many things to work on for good healthy
food, one is environment and another is breastfeeding.
People who want a good life have to eat a balanced diet because
it is helpful for many
things. In addition, a balance diet is very important for people
that have more energy and
strength inside the human body. It was said, "You can feel good
about including as part of a
balanced diet" ("51 Healthy Foods"24). When someone wants to
work a balanced diet, he has
to eat many different kinds of food because the body needs
different material. For example, I
eat fruit, vegetables, meat, milk, egg, juice and other healthy
foods. I have to make a good
schedule of food. Some people go to some hospitals to ask some
doctors about balanced diet
because they want to know how to make balanced diets in their
life.
The Ministry of Health should put some publications in
hospitals, markets, and public
places to spread awareness between people. There are many
stores who sell food in the world, but we have to make healthy
decisions in an experiment to see what people prefer to buy,
"Retailers perceived
lower customer demand for healthy
v
. unhealthy foods"
(Andreyeva et al.1027). A mother who loves her children has to
give them breastfeeding for two years. It is said, "More women
have positive breastfeeding experiences" (Yap et al.24). This
period is very important for children because breastfeeding
strengthens bones and strengthens immunology inside children’s
bodies. All children need breastfeeding because it is good
nutrients. In addition, the WIC program gives mothers some
checks to eat healthy foods when they breastfeed for their
children. The milk inside mothers give more nutrients and
quality than normal milk. We have to know breastfeeding is best
for children who receive more care. In addition, we must to
know some important information about the milk that they can
not use milk with fish and medicine because that case big
problem inside the body.
3-There are ritgh, and wrong ways to eat food.
People have to know how to eat healthy foods and learn which
way they have to use healthy food. There are different ways to
save the food and to cook. Some people eat eggs without
cooking them, it that means they are uncooked. When people do
not cook eggs, it may cause on the store diseases to humans.
Today, many people do not eat healthy food and they sometimes
eat something that is expired that may cause then to die.
Because people do not care about healthy food, we can see
problems inside the bodies of humans. Expanded diseases in the
world may be from unhealthy food which many people eat like
soda and chocolate.
For example, eggs and milk cause allergic reactions to people
and they affect very much on people who have eczema. The
author said, "The definitive diagnosis of food allergy (FA) is
generally based on oral food challenge tests (OFC)" (Sato 54).
In addition, there are many people who go to the hospital to get
some cream for allergies. Sato said, "Acquisition of food
tolerance was diagnosed based on the results of OFCs or a
convincing history of symptoms after food ingestion during the
6 months before or after sample collection" (Sato 54).
Moreover, many doctors try to see good medicine for that
problem.
People have to eat good food for growing up and be good,
healthy children. People who want be healthy have to eat eggs
and drink milk. For example, there are many different kinds of
milk in this world. There is milk and formula milk. The kinds of
formula milk are low fat, fat free, fat. Natural milk is better
than formula milk because there is more protein inside.
That is healthy for children because the breastfeed has more
vitamin (C) and (D). Moreover, there are white and brown egg
chickens. Today, chickens eat bad and good food that means
people have to go to good farmers to see what chickens eat.
Some farms give vaccinations for chickens to grow faster. That
chicken is not healthy and it is sick. It was said, "These results
provide evidences for the fetal programming effect of maternal
nutrition in the chicken" (Rao 855). When chickens eat a good
meal, the egg will be bigger than another eggs. Pregnant
mothers should eat eggs because it is rich in protein, which
helps in the newborn period and beyond. It was said, "Maternal
malnutrition during pregnancy and/or lactation exerts long-term
effects on fetal development and postnatal growth, and may
predispose offspring to metabolic diseases later in life" (Rao
848).
I think all resources public are good for people who care about
healthy food. In addition, there are some holes in my essay and
I have to focus about that maybe next time. I have to describe
more for my audience take more information about healthy
food. Today I should like to persuade my audience to stop
consuming fastfood, soda, and formula milk for children. There
are a different set of classes in the communities that teach more
and more about the healthy food. For example, doctors and
nurses should be familiar with the types of healthy foods that
are given to the patients, and families must know about
nutrition inside food if it is healthy or no because they give
food to their children. In addition, there are many persons who
benefit when they read my research. For example, my family,
friends, hospitals, young children, and aware people benefit to
learn about nutrition inside food. They can use different ways to
save the money and be healthy. In addition, the companies work
milk they put little vitamin inside the milk for example only
vitamin C and D. When people know that they will step to buy
formula milk from milk companies. Moreover, we have to know
most stores they work for business service because they want to
earn money and renown in their area. All these points are very
important for most people.
Discussion.
People suffer harshly from unhealthy food because it is not
helpful. Moreover, it cases many problems to the body human.
Many people see the unhealthy food as clean, bizarre, and not
dangerous and this stigma makes life much more difficult for
some people. The diagnostic also affects those close to the
healthy food.
Parents, family, and friends all are trying to eat healthy food,
but they mix that with unhealthy food. The diagnostic of healthy
food makes people feel more comfortable in themselves;
moreover, people want proof when we speak about unhealthy
food. Some people maybe do not believe what I say about
unhealthy food. We can answer those people to go to dental
doctors because doctors have many information about healthy
and not healthy food.
The reason for this stigma is healthy food is misunderstood.
Many people see the problems from unhealthy food, but they do
not care about that. In fact, we can see many people go to dental
to fix the teeth because we eat wrong food.
Can you see all notes I send to you , please?
My instructor told me I have to put three parugraphs in
Discussion and Methods? In addition, I have to put 1) Intro 2-
Methods 3- Analysis (claims) 4- Discussion (conclusion)?
Moreover, she wants me to talk about each annotation here, and
who are the authors? She told me I have to put the authors name
in (Google) to see some information about him and I have to put
one qutation mark in every claim. I think you have to see the
three claims I put in my rescerch. I did 7 annotation but I do not
know if you need all annotation or no.
Can you take care of my resecrch, please?

  • 1. Delete message Md 2014-05-02 17:54 Healthy Food Can Be Expensive, But There Are Ways to Make It Affordable Introduction: For decades there has been a stigma of healthy food. Not many people have ever really understood the healthy food. In the 20th to 21th century, the term "crazy" and "insane" came to mean mental disorder. Healthy food were very healthy before this century because people were eating healthy food more than now. Even families of healthy food tried to keep them eating a good food, but they used soda and chocolate at the same time. Some people judge out of ignorance on some food without correct information and reasons for that. The general public has always found healthy food confusing because some people do not have much information about healthy food and how to use. It is a very important topic for people who care about them self. In addition, people who are not healthy have found various ways to punish people who are, even hiding them away. Some examples of what people might have thought of the healthy food are that they are: possessed,
  • 2. ungodly, witches, etc. I will admit that there are people who would gladly help people that do not care about healthy food, but the majority of people who just do not understand about excellent food is still a huge amount of the public. When people do not understand something that is where the judgment starts to take place. The stigma on people who do not eat healthy food always greatly affected those who eat healthy food. It is my goal to bring attention to what the stigma of healthy food can do. Throughout my research, I have discovered that people who eat healthy food have a good energy. I think the public and the way they see these foods has a great impact on the way people are healthy. The three claims I will make on this subject are: First, there are ways to eat healthy for less expensive. Second, food awareness will lead to a healthy diet. Third, there are some healthy foods that are negative because the general people are uninformed on how to use. I will talk why healthy food has such a negative stigma by some examples of how they are misunderstood by most of the general public. In addition, I want to talk about how healthy people usually do not see themselves that way. Finally, I will explain that the stigma also has a great negative effect on the people closest to the healthy food. Keywords: The "healthy food role": the healthy food role is a role that the general public places onto people who eat unhealthy food. This role basically states that if you do not care ,it is your responsibility to seek help for it. ?Madhouse: a psychiatric facility.
  • 3. Stigmatized group: A group of people with a specific stereotype or label put on them. Methods In order to conduct research on the stigma of unhealthy food, I read various different articles from ProQuest ( a site that has scholarly peer reviewed articles), I did some research on Google for background history on healthy food and unhealthy food; in addition; I put a few questions in my annotation. I found a lot of information about my topic when I wanted searched for my next idea that came to mind based on my questions I had, that led me to many ways that affected the healthy food. Completing research about what I needed to understand is what helped me discover the claims. Moreover, I used annotation one to five and I have been looking for articles next to questions. They can use different ways to save the money and be healthy, for example; shopping methods and gaining knowledge. In addition, they have to know about a healthy diet. 1- There are ways to eat healthy for less expensive. When people want to buy some healthy foods from a supermarket in Chico, there are cheaper, expensive, and many other shops that sell healthy foods. In addition, it was said, " Income grocery stores offer more healthy foods than low- income grocery stores" (Gloria and Steinhardt 1764). For example, people can go to Win Co, SFO, Food Max, Target, and others. All these stores use the WIC program because it is a good program in America. There are connections between WIC Program and Win Co Food and other stores. People have WIC program, which offers "healthy foods by the US Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)" (Andreyeva et al. 1024). WIC program gives some checks to people to buy some food. For example, WIC
  • 4. gives 6 and 10 dollars for vegetables; in addition, they give bread, beans, eggs, corn flakes, juice, and different types of milk. Moreover, WIC Program is helpful because it give many information about healthy food and other. People with WIC program pay less for many healthy foods. People combine these two ideas under one claim. People can buy some foods cheaper when they use coupons from the same stores. It was mentioned that" Clip coupons and sign up for a rewards card at your grocery store" ("Healthy Tip"1). There are many stores that give people some coupons for some foods for discount. In addition, they can take those coupons from newspapers and magazines. There are different coupons to use, for example, some coupons say you can take two big sodas and third one is free. In addition, sometimes they give coupons to discount one dollar when they buy some foods. Moreover, people in Chico can go to Cash and Carry because that store sells in bulk and it is a cheaper store and it sells wholesale. Its author advises that people "Buy foods cheaper in bulk" ("Healthy Tip"1). 2- Food awareness will lead to a healthy diet. People who want to buy healthy foods have to understand more information about the environment. It said, "For some food categories, retailer ratings of customer demand differed for the healthier and unhealthy versions" (Andreyeva et al. 1027). There are many differences when you compare healthy and unhealthy foods. Moreover, there are many different places which sell good foods and bad foods. In addition, there are different kinds of soil and they are very important to grow trees
  • 5. because some trees need more care than others. The best soils for valid planting is soil medium, after that soil sand, then the clay soil fertile. People like to buy from farmer markets because they sell healthy foods from fruits and vegetables from local farms and other place. People have to know there is a relationship between the environment and health foods. If the environment is good, that means the food is good. People have to know there are many things to work on for good healthy food, one is environment and another is breastfeeding. People who want a good life have to eat a balanced diet because it is helpful for many things. In addition, a balance diet is very important for people that have more energy and strength inside the human body. It was said, "You can feel good about including as part of a balanced diet" ("51 Healthy Foods"24). When someone wants to work a balanced diet, he has to eat many different kinds of food because the body needs different material. For example, I
  • 6. eat fruit, vegetables, meat, milk, egg, juice and other healthy foods. I have to make a good schedule of food. Some people go to some hospitals to ask some doctors about balanced diet because they want to know how to make balanced diets in their life. The Ministry of Health should put some publications in hospitals, markets, and public places to spread awareness between people. There are many stores who sell food in the world, but we have to make healthy decisions in an experiment to see what people prefer to buy, "Retailers perceived lower customer demand for healthy v . unhealthy foods" (Andreyeva et al.1027). A mother who loves her children has to give them breastfeeding for two years. It is said, "More women have positive breastfeeding experiences" (Yap et al.24). This period is very important for children because breastfeeding strengthens bones and strengthens immunology inside children’s bodies. All children need breastfeeding because it is good nutrients. In addition, the WIC program gives mothers some checks to eat healthy foods when they breastfeed for their children. The milk inside mothers give more nutrients and quality than normal milk. We have to know breastfeeding is best for children who receive more care. In addition, we must to know some important information about the milk that they can
  • 7. not use milk with fish and medicine because that case big problem inside the body. 3-There are ritgh, and wrong ways to eat food. People have to know how to eat healthy foods and learn which way they have to use healthy food. There are different ways to save the food and to cook. Some people eat eggs without cooking them, it that means they are uncooked. When people do not cook eggs, it may cause on the store diseases to humans. Today, many people do not eat healthy food and they sometimes eat something that is expired that may cause then to die. Because people do not care about healthy food, we can see problems inside the bodies of humans. Expanded diseases in the world may be from unhealthy food which many people eat like soda and chocolate. For example, eggs and milk cause allergic reactions to people and they affect very much on people who have eczema. The author said, "The definitive diagnosis of food allergy (FA) is generally based on oral food challenge tests (OFC)" (Sato 54). In addition, there are many people who go to the hospital to get some cream for allergies. Sato said, "Acquisition of food tolerance was diagnosed based on the results of OFCs or a convincing history of symptoms after food ingestion during the 6 months before or after sample collection" (Sato 54). Moreover, many doctors try to see good medicine for that problem. People have to eat good food for growing up and be good,
  • 8. healthy children. People who want be healthy have to eat eggs and drink milk. For example, there are many different kinds of milk in this world. There is milk and formula milk. The kinds of formula milk are low fat, fat free, fat. Natural milk is better than formula milk because there is more protein inside. That is healthy for children because the breastfeed has more vitamin (C) and (D). Moreover, there are white and brown egg chickens. Today, chickens eat bad and good food that means people have to go to good farmers to see what chickens eat. Some farms give vaccinations for chickens to grow faster. That chicken is not healthy and it is sick. It was said, "These results provide evidences for the fetal programming effect of maternal nutrition in the chicken" (Rao 855). When chickens eat a good meal, the egg will be bigger than another eggs. Pregnant mothers should eat eggs because it is rich in protein, which helps in the newborn period and beyond. It was said, "Maternal malnutrition during pregnancy and/or lactation exerts long-term effects on fetal development and postnatal growth, and may predispose offspring to metabolic diseases later in life" (Rao 848). I think all resources public are good for people who care about healthy food. In addition, there are some holes in my essay and I have to focus about that maybe next time. I have to describe more for my audience take more information about healthy food. Today I should like to persuade my audience to stop consuming fastfood, soda, and formula milk for children. There are a different set of classes in the communities that teach more and more about the healthy food. For example, doctors and nurses should be familiar with the types of healthy foods that are given to the patients, and families must know about nutrition inside food if it is healthy or no because they give food to their children. In addition, there are many persons who
  • 9. benefit when they read my research. For example, my family, friends, hospitals, young children, and aware people benefit to learn about nutrition inside food. They can use different ways to save the money and be healthy. In addition, the companies work milk they put little vitamin inside the milk for example only vitamin C and D. When people know that they will step to buy formula milk from milk companies. Moreover, we have to know most stores they work for business service because they want to earn money and renown in their area. All these points are very important for most people. Discussion. People suffer harshly from unhealthy food because it is not helpful. Moreover, it cases many problems to the body human. Many people see the unhealthy food as clean, bizarre, and not dangerous and this stigma makes life much more difficult for some people. The diagnostic also affects those close to the healthy food. Parents, family, and friends all are trying to eat healthy food, but they mix that with unhealthy food. The diagnostic of healthy food makes people feel more comfortable in themselves; moreover, people want proof when we speak about unhealthy food. Some people maybe do not believe what I say about unhealthy food. We can answer those people to go to dental doctors because doctors have many information about healthy and not healthy food. The reason for this stigma is healthy food is misunderstood.
  • 10. Many people see the problems from unhealthy food, but they do not care about that. In fact, we can see many people go to dental to fix the teeth because we eat wrong food. Can you see all notes I send to you , please? My instructor told me I have to put three parugraphs in Discussion and Methods? In addition, I have to put 1) Intro 2- Methods 3- Analysis (claims) 4- Discussion (conclusion)? Moreover, she wants me to talk about each annotation here, and who are the authors? She told me I have to put the authors name in (Google) to see some information about him and I have to put one qutation mark in every claim. I think you have to see the three claims I put in my rescerch. I did 7 annotation but I do not know if you need all annotation or no. Can you take care of my resecrch, please?
