2. I conduced my audience research by creating a survey and sending it
out on social media, asking people if they could fill it out. I used
several different questions in my survey, asking people what they
thought about the effect we have on the planet and how they think
we could help to save the planet as well.
3. With this question, I asked people
what they thought was the most
important issue facing the
environment.
Most people I asked thought that
climate change and deforestation
were the most important issues as
they cause the most damage to the
planet.
Only 1 person thought that poaching
was the most important issue facing
the environment.
4. With this question, I asked people
why they chose the issue(s) from
the first question as the most
important issue(s).
Most people said that the reason
they chose their issue is because
that damage being done to the
planet or species is irreversible
and we have already caused
enough damage.
5. With this question, I asked people which
environmental organization they thought
has the most impact on the world.
Most people think that Greenpeace is
the organization that has the most
impact on the world as they tend to
focus on more environment issues rather
then just one.
6. With this question, I asked people
what they thought we should all do
to help save the environment.
A lot of the answers differ because
everyone thinks differently from
everyone else and has different
opinions on how we could save the
environment.
Most of the answers involve stop
using fossil fuels and invest in
renewable energy, where as some
just say to stop harming the planet.
7. With this question, I asked people
what they think we should do to
reduce our own carbon footprints.
Most of the answers I received say
that everyone should try to drive
less and use more public transport.
Other answers suggest people
should walk more to locations they
can reach without the need for
their car.
8. With this question, I people what they
thought we should use to replace fossil
fuels.
Almost everyone said that we should use
solar energy to replace fossil fuels, with
hydro power being second and wind power
being third.
9. With this question, I asked people
why they chose their option from
the last question as a replacement
for fossil fuel.
The reason that everyone used is
that these types of renewable
energy are endless and we have
access to them all over the planet.
