ANTI-GRAVITY
PHYSICS PRESENTATION

Humayra Afia
Good Morning, sir ! Many many love and
respect to you.
Let me start by saying a few words
I am, ______. The other three members
of my group is Md Fahad Ali, Humayra
Afia and Md Nahid Hasan we are the1st
semester student of CSE department in
Green University of Bangladesh.
Greetings
We are here today to present you a very
interesting topic of physics. ANTI-
GRAVITY.
#CONTENT
• What is Anti-Gravity?
• Theories
• Aplications
• Conclusion
• Queries
#What is ANTI-GRAVITY?
 Anti-Gravity is an idea of creating a place or object that is free from the
force of gravity.
 Gravity is directly proportional to the mass.
 It does not refer to the lack of weight under gravity experienced in free fall or
orbit, or to balancing the force of gravity with some other force, such as electro-
magnetism or aerodynamic lift.
#Why we need Anti-gravity
 Like most people, you probably took gravity for granted before
space flights began. You know Earth’s normel gravitational force
holds you from being tossed into th air by the Earth’s rotation.
 But gravity causes a lot of trouble and expense we seldom
think about. Aircraft and rocket builders have to provide heavy
engines and huge weghts of fuel, just to offset gravity. In
construction of buildings, bridges and in a hundred other ways
gravity affects our lifes and adds billions to the cost of work.
Gravity control could reduce or end many of these problems.
#Anti-Gravity Device:
 Anti-Gravity devices produce a force when
twisted that operates out of plane and can
appear to lift themselves against gravity.
 A device invented by Henry Wallace. His
device is consists of super conducting ceramic
ring and solenoids.
He claimed that by passing current through
solenoid results in creating a "gravitomagnetic"
field which shows anti gravity effect.
Podkletnov superconductor device Laithwaite gyroscopic device
Summary of two anti-gravity device:
Podkletnov SuperConductor Device
Podkletnov hypothesised that the weight of objects seem to reduce above a rotating
superconductor.
This claim to anti-gravity device is not plausible-because:
-It lacks conclusive experimental evidence
-No theoritical explanation can be found within the known theories for gravity.
-The results cannot be reproduced.
Laithwaite Gyroscopic Device
The "Anti-Gravity" demonstrated in this device is nothing more than a misintepretation of
known laws of physics.
Therefore, this is also an unfeasible anti-gravity device.
#NASA ANTI-GRAVITY MACHINE:
 NASA researchers hope to conduct an experiment that could determine if the force of
gravity might someday be adjusted, like the volume of a radio.
 "In 1992, Dr. Eugene published the results of his experiment with high-temperature ceramic
superconductors,”
 "He devised an experiment in which a disc of superconducting material was magnetically
levitated and rotated at high speed, up to several thousand rpm, in the presence of an
external magnetic field.
continue:
He noted that objects above the rotating disk showed
a variable but measurable loss of weight, from less
than 0.5% to about 2%. Loss of weight is sample of
impossibility of antigravity
 .Cheap energy
can be produced
without burning
any fossil fuels.
 Human space travel
will be possible at
low cost and very
high velocity of the
space ship can be
obtained .
 Unwanted weight from
the rockets can be
removed which is
earlier used to provide
thrust to get out of the
gravitational field.
#APPLICATION :
 Antigravity
technology would
revolutionize
space exploration.
• Bearings can be
manufactured with
zero friction as
there is no contact
with the moving
parts.
 Land transport
can be improved
but for this
magnetic tracks
are required.
To Be Specifide:
 “Anti-gravity" is often used to refer to devices that look as if they reverse
gravity even though they operate through other means, such as lifters,
which fly in the air by moving air with electromagnetic fields.
MORE THINGS:
- Gravity is what keeps the planets revolving around the sun. Gravity keeps the
space stations orbit the Earth. Gravity is used in hydro-electric power stations that
have water falling from great heights.
- With the help of anti-gravity we can easily explore the solar system and outer
space.
Following statement are totally given by theoretical experience. But it’s practical
experiment do not exists yet...
Here, This is the most important QNA section about Anti-Gravity. Now I will talk
about this.
Which element is anti-gravity?
The hypothetical element with Z = 145 is the
unique among all elements whose nucleus has
only anti-gravity property. It is proposed that this
element be named Hawking, in honour of Stephen
W. Hawking.
What if we could create anti-
gravity?
Massive structures could be suspended
over bodies of water, or rocky terrains
where we wouldn't otherwise be able to
build. But perhaps we'd see the biggest
implications of anti-gravity technology when we
look even further up – to the stars. Space
travel would become a lot safer, and more
inexpensive.
#CONCLUSION:
 The two "Anti-Gravity" device claims examined here are not feasible because they lack
experimental evidence and theoritical basis.
 However, this does not meanthat such devices cannot exist. we must treat these claims with
cautious optimism.
Such claims must be backed up with irrefutable evidence, and we should examine such device
claims scientifically.
