What is Information Architecture? • Design, structure, and layout of site material • Everything from visuals, to bolded and highlighted topics • Language structure • Arrangement of content
How can we apply Information Architecture to our writing? • Be clear and concise • Stay true to business objectives and personal goals • Make content easily accessible and understandable • Serve our audience
Why will Information Architecture help our users? • Satisfy their questions • Enhance understanding for specific answers • Help accomplish the task at hand • Guide others who may have similar concerns
