The INPM210 module requires the completion of 5 ICE tasks. The ICE tasks
contribute to 5% towards your CASS mark for the semester. Varsity College
rules apply re: late handing in of these assignments!!

Select one of the topics below and in a group write a 2 page report on that topic.
Single spacing, arial font, 12pt.
Groups of maximum 4 people. Topics:-

3. Characteristics of successful teams
4. How to motivate - Hertzberg’s motivation theory
5. Reward systems
6. Culture as a driver of change
7. Total quality management
8. ISO 9000
Notes:
1. The ICE task should be typed – the important measure is that it is easy to
read
2. Please put your name and student number on the BACK of each sheet of
paper and staple them together.
3. Copies of your completed task MAY be circulated to the other members of the
INPM210 group for revision purposes
4. Make a copy of your work before you hand it in
