Self respect – paggalang sa sarili – if you don’t have this, you would sometimes become angry of yourself, bitter, you don’t put value on yourself..you cant lead unless you learn to respect yourself, only then you can lead and influence others.
Honesty – katapatan – not only limited to material things or money but also admitting that at times a leaders makes mistakes..
Vision – pananaw, once a goal has been reached , a leader does not stop an accomplished task but another momentum that another challenge or task is at hand again.

Humility – kapakumbabaan/ With this humble act, Jesus taught his apostles a lesson that they would not forget and that would encourage them to be humble later on. While they are having a meal, Jesus gets up and takes off his outer garments. He ties a towel around his waist and puts water into a basin. Then he begins to wash the feet of the disciples and to dry them off with the towel. When he finishes, he puts his garments back on.
