complete authority to two or three decisional
managers.

complete skills or craft into a leadership
position .
4. only see the comfort of him and a small
group of subordinate not all.
5.philosopher in type who concentrate on
some intellectual pursuit not the smooth
running of the organisation.
Have a clear perception of the goal towards
which effort should be directed .
Have a capacity to identify critical issues.
Demonstrate a commitment and
determination to reach the goal .
Have confidence both from the knowledge
with skills and experiences.
Be able to select from a variety of opinions,
those of policies , strategies, procedures or
objectives which appear most likely to
achieve the agreed end.

promotes motivation in others towards
attainment of the goal.
Keeps the morale of workers high so that
they can work in a spirited manner.
Be a good listener so as to listen the
difficulties of workers from time to time.
Able to solve and remove the difficulties to

The four basis leadership style are:-
1.Directing
2.Coaching
3.Supporting
4.Delegating.
1.DIRECTING :- directing the people with control
over them in a structurally way.
2.COASHING:- directing and supporting the people
in achieving the goal.
3.SUPPORTING:- in this type of leadership style, the
leader should praise, listen & facilitate the
followers.
4.DELEGETING:- it means giving some of authority
to high competent people for day to day decisions.
In other words, turn over responsibility.
A. Attending management seminars
B. By working with an understanding or
assistant to an effective leader and learning his
behaviours.
C. By attending several training programme.
D. Directing counselling by psychologist.
1.Authorative :- authoritative leadership believe In acting
arbitrarily. As authoritarian leader does not seek advice
from anybody. He issues orders and gets them complied
. He keeps all right into his hand. He orders for work
without seeking worker’s cooperation.
2. Democratic:- this type of leadership believes in
working with cooperation with workers. The workers are
consulted for the decision. They are treated with love and
affection.
3.Laizze faire leadership:- everything is left on workers
about the determination of objectives & for running the
administration voluntarily.
4. Indigenous leadership:- the stress in this type of
leadership is laid on in formalism. Here, informal
relations are taken full advantage for achieving the goal .
