(2014), ang MEMORANDUM O MEMO ay isang
kasulatang nagbibigay kabatiran tungkol sa
gagawing pulong o paalala tungkol sa isang
mahalagang impormasyon, gawain, tungkulin, o
utos. Sa memo nakasaad ang layunin o pakay ng
gagawing miting. Sa pamamagitan nito ,naging
malinaw sa mga dadalo ng pulong kung ano ang
inaasahan mula sa kanila

tungkol sa isang mahalagang balita o pangyayari
at pagbabago sa mga polisiya.

pangalan ng tao o mga tao, o kaya naman ay grupong pinag-
uukulan ng memo. Sa pormal na memo mahalagang isulat ang
buong pangalan ng pinag-uukulan nito. Kung ang tatanggap ng
memo ay kabilang sa ibang departamento, makatulong kung
ilagay rin ang pangalan ng departamento. Hindi na rin kailangang
lagyan ng G., Gng., Bb. ,at iba pa maliban na lamang na
napakapormal ng memong ginawa.
10. 3. Ang bahaging ‘Mula kay’ ay naglalaman ng pangalan ng
gumawa o nagpadala ng memo. Isulat ang buong pangalan ng
nagpadala kung pormal ang ginawang memo. Gayundin
,mahalagang ilagay ang pangalan ng departamento kung ang
memo ay galing sa ibang sekyon at tanggapan. Hindi na rin
kailangang lagyan ng G., Gng., Bb. , at iba pa maliban na lamang
na nakapapormal ang memong ginawa.
4. Sa bahaging Petsa, iwasan ang paggamit ng numero gaya ng
11/25/15 o 30/09/15. Sa halip, isulat ang buong pangalan ng
buwan o ang dinaglat na salita nito. Tulad halimbawa ng
Nobyembre o Nob. Kasama ang araw at taon upang maiwasan
ang pagkalito
11. 5. Ang bahaging Paksa ay mahalagang maisulat nang payak,
malinaw at tuwiran upang agad maunawaan ang nais ipabatid
nito.
6. Kadalasan ang Mensahe ay maikli lamang ngunit kung ito ay
isang detalyadong memo kailangan ito ay magtaglay ng
sumusunod:
a. Sitwasyon – dito makikita ang panimula o layunin ng
memo
b. Problema – nakasaad ang suliraning dapat pagtuonan ng
pansin. Hindi lahat ng memo ay nagtataglay nito
c. Solusyon – nagsasaad ng inaasahang dapat gawin ng
kinauukulan

ng mga pag-uusapan, dedisyunan o gagawin sa
isang pulong. Ito ay kronolohikal o ayon sa
pagkakasunod-sunod batay sa halaga nito sa
indibwal. Napakahalagang maisagawa ito nang
maayos at maipabatid sa mga taong kabahagi bago
isagawa ang pulong.

17. 1. Ito ay nagsasad ng sumusunod na mga impormasyon:
a. mga paksang tatalakayin
b. mga taong tatalakay o magpaliwanag ng mga paksa
c. oras na itinakda para sa bawat paksa
2. Ito rin ang nagtatakda ng balangkas ng pulong tulad ng
pagkakasunod-sunod ng mga paksang tatalakayin at kung gaano
katagal pag-uusapan ang mga ito.
3. Ito ay nagsisilbing talaan o tseklist na lubhang mahalaga upang
matiyak na ang lahat ng paksang tatalakayin ay kasama sa talaan.
4. Ito ay nagbibigay rin ng pagkakataon sa mga kasapi sa pulong na
maging handa sa mga paksang tatalakayin o pagdedesisyunan.
5. Ito ay nakakatulong nang malaki upang manatiling nakapokus sa
mga paksang tatalakayin sa pulong.
