Jan 98 – Aug 2000: Telephony Engineer (Kelly Group)  Responsible for vast areas of Nottinghamshire, jumpering up (cross connecting) Phone lines ready for Contractual staff to install.  Responsible for phone faults within the area, deadlines, cross wires, extension re-wires, number portation issues.  Rolled out training for Contractual engineers to take on this task as part of their every day function.
