This document is a screenplay summary that introduces Jojo Butler, a nice guy who dances down the street while listening to music. As he walks, he hears the voice of Lacy in his head telling him that others think he's weird and that he should harm a woman who passes by him. Jojo refuses at first but over the next few days, Lacy's influence grows stronger and he convinces Jojo to ask the woman out, implying he will harm her. FADE IN:
EXT. STREET – DAY
In a small village with few inhabitants, with an almost empty
road running through.
DISSOLVE TO:
EXT. BEGINNING OF STREET – DAY
JOJO BUTLER, All-round nice guy, doesn’t talk much but can
always be seen smiling walking around, including today;
walking down the street with headphones in.
JOJO dances while walking to music/beat.
DISSOLVE TO:
MIDDLE OF STREET
JOJO continues dancing, bobbing his head.
DISSOLVE TO:
END OF STREET
JOJO is still dancing, but sees a woman walking towards him,
JOJO begins to slow down, becoming anxious. LACY, the
villainous voice in JOJO’s head.
LACY
JOJO, JOJO, JOJO… Hey JOJO she’s looking
at you! She thinks you’re a weirdo. She does,
look!
JUMP CUT TO:
END OF STREET
Looking directly at JOJO

JOJO
(Out loud)
NO; NO; NO; NO, SHE DOESN’T. DON’T SAY
THAT LACY
JUMP CUT TO:
END OF STREET
The woman looks at JOJO with a frown. Time slows down.
LACY
JOJO… JOJO Think about it JOJO, all the things
You could do to her! Look at how she’s looking at
you. With her eyebrows, all evil and her evil glare
think what we could do to her.
Kill her JOJO, JOJO I know you want to. The police
Won’t find out – Promise JOJO, I do!
Time goes back to normal.
JOJO
Hi, Hi…
(Woman carries on walking)
Oh, oh ok bye now!
LACY
Told you! She HATES you. Just turn around now, a quick swing
to the head will do it! No one’s watching JOJO.
JOJO
(Out loud)
No LACY, stop it. Go away.

A long pause. JOJO carries on walking.
DISSOLVE TO:
*24 HOURS LATER*
EXT. BEGINNING OF STREET – DAY
JOJO walks down the same street for a second time, listening
to same music – different shirt on.
Dances his way down street again (SPED UP)
JUMP CUT TO:
END OF STREET
JOJO see’s same woman approaching.
LACY
Look JOJO, it’s that evil girl again. KILL HER, she won’t
suspect it this time!
JOJO
(Out loud)
I don’t know LACY, isn’t it wrong?
LACY
NO! JOJO don’t be silly, she will like it!
JOJO passes her again.
DISSOLVE TO:
BLACK SCREEN
*24 HOURS LATER*
DISSOLVE TO:
END OF STREET
JOJO wearing different clothes again, but listening to same
music.

LACY
JOJO, JOJO… its time JOJO. She deserves to die, she looked at
you funny. Believe me, it’s the right thing to do.
JOJO
(Out loud)
OK LACY… I believe you…

BLACK SCREEN
JOJO
(To woman)
Hi, wanna go grab a drink?
LACY
Well done JOJO. Now the fun begins.
