Immediate Media is a combined publishing house from the former assets of
Origin publishing, Magicalia and BBC magazines.
Formed and founded in 1st November 2011. The chief CEO is Tom Bureau
who has a background in traditional publishing as well as digital media.
They currently have only 750 employees and in may 2014 signed a 24
million pound deal for acquisition of Future plc’s sport and craft titles
acquiring 130 staff

Music magazines they create are the BBC Music magazine which is the
worlds best selling music magazine in the genre of classical music, with
a reach of 274,000 people. And the Top of the Pops magazine which the
target audience is aimed for young girls to young teens.

BBC Music magazine is the most read music magazine worldwide in the
genre of classical music with a reach of 274,000 people. They are the
biggest consumer media business in the UK and are the third largest
magazine publisher. They have over 75 brands in print and digital
platforms. They reach towards 33 million consumers every month and
yearly sell over 70 million magazines.
